Their entire team was very respectful, they made sure to cover all of my belongings while they worked and cleaned up fully after they were done. They worked directly with my landlord while keeping me updated during the entire process. And they were priced very competitively. Could not recommend more highly.

Having to remediate mold is overwhelming. We got a few quotes but John and Al made us feel comfortable from the start. We called to ask questions that they were so happy to take the time to explain. What sets them apart is the passion they have for helping people. It really shows. While we hope to never need them again we wouldn't go anywhere else if we need to. Highly recommend!

We hired J&A Environmental Services to do air quality testing on my moms apartment. They were amazing! Came out the very next day, gave us a ton of information on the problem my mom obviously was experiencing. The test results came back in one business day. And although the management company didn t give J&A the job of remediation, Al and John remain in touch with us, giving us advice and guidance. We found mold in our crawlspace during an inspection for our house. After receiving an outrageous quote from the potential buyers, we decided to get some quotes ourselves. John and Al contacted us first thing in the morning, came out that afternoon (3 other companies we spoke to could not get out to see us for 3-5 business days, or wanted to charge us for an estimate). They explained everything to us in detail and gave us a quote well within what we were looking to spend on the job. They had the job done in one day, while we were away on vacation, and kept us informed by sending us updates before, during and after and attached pictures when the work was complete. We came home to a totally transformed space. We would recommend these guys to anyone and will definitely keep their number handy if we need anything in the future!
