 + -1 moreThe day before, Ivan came to see what I needed and which supplies I would buy before he gave me an estimate. He worked straight through, cleaned up after himself and was quick, quiet and mannerly.
Description of Work: Cost did not include supplies, which I provided. My house/home office was gutted by fire last April, was almost completely rebuilt and I asked Ivan to look into some electrical problems in the house that weren't solved by previous electrician. Troubleshoot: doorbell system, telephone system, GFI that activated for no apparent reason, loose and recessed outlets. Installed motion activated light switches, cable wire boxes, light fixture (matched a shade to a fixture, custom fitted and installed the fixture). Closed up and boxed temporary lighting (seven of them). Installed two lights in cellar. Installed three smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. Installed dimmer, wired new outlet. Repaired outdoor post lantern wiring and replaced plug.
