Description of Work: This company did work for me as a subcontractor for Home Depot At Home Services. I paid to have four layers of tar removed from my roof and have a modified bitumen roof installed along with a breather vent and new gutter box. Well, these guys never removed the old layers of tar, as outlined in the contract. They scraped some areas of tar off my roof to make it seem like they did the job, but they caused more damage if anything. I got major leaks around my chimney after they put my new roof on, I never received the breather vent as outlined in the contract, the gutter box was shoddily installed, and there was no flashing installed on my roof. These guys did a whirlwind job taking about 2 hours to complete eveything. What a joke! I had Home Depot re-do my roof only to really find out how bad Integrity Roofing really is.Integrity is so bad that even Home Depot cut business ties with them! So, that speaks for itself....stay away from this company!

The Company always called when promised, kept appointments, worked with my schedule, offered a variety of quality roofing products and options and employed a pleasant and professional work crew who did clean up my property after the work was performed. The Company offered financing through a Wells Fargo partnership, through which I qualified for a 0% one-year open line of credit which was used to finance the work. While the Financing through Wells Fargo proved to be somewhat of an intricate process, adding additional paperwork and follow-through by me, this partnership between Roofing Integrity, Inc. and Wells Fargo allowed me to receive the best financing option to cover the cost of the job. In any Home-owner/Contractor relationship the Homeowner must take responsibility to ensure they are receiving the best value for their money and I did feel that Integrity Roofing, Inc. met all of the requests I asked and was able to complete the job with professionalism and was always fair, responsive, and honest. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work Integrity Roofing, Inc. performed; I receive many compliments from neighbors on my new roof and would recommend them to friends and family! Most importantly, through the entire process, I felt that Integrity Roofing, Inc. was always working for me, treated my job as though it was their top priority, and maintained the same level of excellence they would have delivered had they been working on their own home.
