 + 0 moreThey're fast - they come right out. They solve the problem and their people are knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable too- you can't beat their price. I don't think we've had a worker here who has less than 15 years experience!
Description of Work: We've used them 3-4 times over the past 5 years. Most recently, we had them out to fix our kitchen drain.

 + -1 moreTried to unclog tub's drain. He did not do anything, telling my tenant that my pipe was old and need to be replaced, charge $45 and left. I called back and ask how much estimate will need to fix it, being told around $1200. I call other and only charge $99 and now tub drain in no time.

excavators, plumbing, drain pipe
 + 1 moreOverall the work has gone good so far. They still have to come back out and finish up the street that they had to open up. Since they aren't completed I don't know if I would use them again, but at this point I would.
Description of Work: I had a sewer main that needed to be replaced. I contacted Ingrams and they took care of it. They did this work for me about a month ago and it was the first time that I had used them.

drain cleaning
 + -1 moreThey got the snake stuck in a pipe. Upon trying to retrieve it, put a hole in the pipe and refused to fix it. Someone came out and made the original fix. They have done work in the past, and this is the only issue I've had with them. I would hire again, but not for a large job.

 + -1 moreTHE PLUMBER ARRIVED WITHIN THE HOUR OF THE CALL, WHICH WAS ON A SUNDAY. I APPRECIATED THEIR TIMELINESS BUT NOT THE PRICE FOR SOMETHING THAT TOOK 2 MINUTES TO DO.
Description of Work: THE PLUMBER WAS CALLED BECAUSE THE MAIN DRAIN TO MY HOUSE WAS CLOGGED. THE PLUMBER UNBLOCKED IT FROM THE STREET DRAIN.

 + -1 moreDARRYL WAS A REALLY NICE GUY, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH. INGRAM'S GOT MY BUSINESS IN THE FIRST PLACE BECAUSE I CALLED TWO OTHER COMPANIES AND THEY WANTED TO CALL ME BACK TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. INGRAM'S SET UP AN APPOINTMENT WHEN I CALLED.
Description of Work: HE REPLACED THE KNOB AND CLEANED CALCIUM DEPOSITS OUT OF THE SLOW-DRAINING TOILET AND CLEANED OUT THE SLOW DRAIN IN THE TUB WITH A SNAKE.
