 + -1 moreThey were very professional, nice and answered all my questions. They were punctual and done within an hour. The couch was dry within ~8 hours. All the equipment was in their truck and they just brought a hose in through my window. (I live on the 3rd floor of a high-rise.) When water spilled on the floor, they immediately wiped it up with paper towels. They were very conscious about not making a mess in my home.
Description of Work: There were stains on my white sectional from my dog licking, tracking in dirt and mud, and a mystery stain from when I was out of town. Impact did a GREAT job getting everything out. The also stain treated it (hence the extra ~$50 charge) and it has been a lot easier to clean since. Far fewer watermarks on the couch since they left and it is still looking brighter and whiter than before. I have hardwood floors, otherwise I would have used them for carpets, too.

Description of Work: He cleaned the carpet in a small room of my home. He uses equipment and materials all from his truck. He uses a different techniqe than most cleaners.
