IDS helped me build my new house floor addition. It took me years of thoughts and it was like magic when IDS team came by. they did 3d perspective views. developed and came up with amazing concept design ideas. handled everything from inception to completion. coordinated very effectively and professionally.

My experience with IDS team was amazing from start to finish. they produced architectural floor plans converting my single family house to a duplex. the design was stunning. they obtained zoning and building permits and the construction work started . over all the project was planed correctly from the beginning . they did amazing work with the space and remodeling aspects. we are happy with the result . IDS team were so professional and handled all the issues that occurred during this journey.

STAY AWAY!!! Abandoned project and stole my money. Horrible service and a thief! do not hire this man or his company to do any work for you. I'm having the worst experience you could ever imagine. I paid Paul Lebon - IDS Architects LLC $21000 and he abandoned my project and is trying to steal and ran off with my money without doing work I paid him for. Horrible business, services. Do not do business with this person or his company. A complete FRAUD! You will lose your money and your time. He is a liar and a Thief, a despicable human being. No sense of fiduciary and a criminal. Stay away

Received prints and submitted for the building permit. Drawings required a revision prior to the issuace of the permit. Contacted IDS multiple times and kept getting pushed off. After approximately 1 month of trying to obtain the revisions and emails that they would be provided shortly they stopped answering the phone. Six weeks after the revisions had been requested No one is answering the Phone or Email.

Still in progress. Waiting on City permits

IDS was phoenomenal. Paul was very detailed and spent a lot of time to help me clarify and meet a vision for my multifamily rehab project. The project will be a total rehab/gut so there will be multiple phases. He's exceeded my expectations in creation and execution of drawings thus far. I am looking forward to the next few phases of working with him on the implementation so will update moving forward. But for sure if you need someone to get design ideas and help put your vision on paper for permits and such, they were great and they did it fast too! A+++
