They had the lowest rates by far, which they forgot to add a premium to for a four-unit building. They waived the additional fee but required an additional deposit for the appraisal of $500. The good faith estimate ended up being a bit higher than the actual costs involved. They thought a survey was not required but the lender required an old survey signed by the prior owner to close (day before closing)! A little unresponsive after the paperwork was approved. Good value overall for someone looking to get a good deal on their mortgage which will be immediately resold to a larger company.
