We did not use this company as their pricing was very high and above market pricing.

I did not proceed to schedule a cleaning with Holistic Home because I found my interactions with them to be disheveled and disorganized. I tried to call initially but always got the answering machine. No one responded to my voicemail. I was able to connect with them through email. They came promptly enough to do a walk through but I did not receive my estimate in the time frame they promised. I feel there estimate could have been more detailed. Since they clean in teams, a breakdown of cost per person per hour would have been clearer. I found my email interactions with Ginger to be off-putting. I'm sure they are proficient at their work but for me there was a customer service disconnect.

Ginger and her team from Holistic Homes are consistently wonderful. I have three mess-makers: a dog, a cat, and a husband. By the time the folks from HH are done, you'd never realize it! Their prices are a bit above average, but the quality of work is unsurpassed. Before scheduling the first cleaning, Ginger came to our house and did a full walk-through, taking note of what our priorities were. She then came up with an itemized proposal, which allowed us to decide exactly how much money we wanted to spend, based on what/how much we wanted done. I really appreciate this feature, because it has allowed us to rotate which parts of our home we want cleaned each time, based on our budget. My favorite aspect of HH is how wonderful the house smells when they're done. The refreshing scent lingers for almost a week -- and it's all natural! (Btw, Ginger's store, Soap Box, is full of wonderful soaps and other body products. The grapefruit loofah soap is my favorite.)

I have been in contact with Ginger the owner for several weeks before my actual appointment. When she came over to do her walk through, I immediately noticed how good SHE smelled. Like she was a walking spa. hahaha Her pricing is done in a very professional and fair way, and then you can decide what things you can live without her staff doing. My home was finally cleaned on July 9, 2014. The person was on time and very nice. MY HOUSE SMELLED SO GOOD AND STILL DOES!!! Ginger makes her own cleaning products without chemicals and leaves your home smelling like a spa as well. I was very stressed jumping right back into a hectic work week straight from vacation but had the most relaxing night sleep the night they cleaned because the aroma really soothed me. I woke up very refreshed. Did I mention how good the house smells??? I'm looking forward to the next cleaning!!!

The atmosphere of the house feels renewed and pristine, and the environmentally friendly cleaning products not only made everything shine, but made my home smell amazing. Staff were extremely friendly, courteous, professional, and put forth a great deal of effort and attention toward making my home clean and harmonious. All objects, artwork, furniture, etc… were treated with care and respect.

Fabulous. I used their cleaning service for my rowhouse and my shore house an hour away. I clean my own house regularly and have pretty high standards. I wanted someone to come in once and do what I don't normally do - the insides of appliances, windows, you know - the spring cleaning details - but decided to have them do the whole house anyway. It was expensive, but the job was huge. I have always thought a cleaning service should do a better job than I. Otherwise why would you even hire them? Sadly it is my experience that many don't. Holistic Home does. All of the crew were very complimentary of my homes and friendly - another rarity as I've also had people who were just a little hard to talk to. All in all, the bottom line is I had a wonderful experience and would not use anyone else.

The cleaning lady showed up at our house on time. I showed her around the house. She asked what, if anything, she should focus on. She started with the dishes, then did the floors as I had asked. I didn't have a good vacuum and she usually brings her own but did not this time so it took longer than usual to do the floors but she did an excellent job. It was really my fault for not thinking ahead and getting a working vacuum. She pretty much tiptoed around the house, kept to herself, was very quiet, even though I don't mind noise. Very professional, didn't use phone at all, very polite and nice to talk to.

They are very conscientious and communicate very effectively with me.

Ginger was exceptional - she was very thorough and professional with her approach to it. It took exactly the amount of time she mentioned and exactly amount of money she was looking for. I told her I cared more about the quality and not the price, but she delivered on both fronts very well. I would definitely recommend her to anyone else who needs a house cleaning or organizing.
