Joe came by for an estimate same day and after quoting me a competitive price, I scheduled him for the following week. He arrived on time and completed the work in just a few hours. He even cleaned the window screens, too. He was very professional, did a great job, and is an all around great guy. Will definitely use him again.

I emailed several window cleaning services to get quotes and Joe was the most responsive and helpful. He gave a very competitive quote and offered a discount for referrals. On the day of our scheduled appointment, he emailed me to say that his truck had broken down that morning, so he would not be able to keep our appointment. Having dealt with a lot of flaky contractors in the past, I was skeptical but decided to give him a second chance. On the date of the rescheduled appointment, Joe arrived at my home 10 minutes early. He did a terrific job and even cleaned some extra windows for free to apologize for not coming the prior week. He was extremely polite and thorough. My next-door neighbor also had him clean her windows, and she was also very happy with his work. I will definitely use his services again.

Fabulous: they were professional, the windows sparkled and we engaged them to come twice a year from here on out!. They also charged us less than originally quoted when they saw that one of the gutters didn't need clearing -- wonderfully trustworthy!
