She did excellent work. However, She asked to many personal questions and made rude comments about how dirty the house was.

The young woman they sent didn't understand English very well. She was nice but cleaned VERY quickly and didn't do a good job. I paid for 3 and 1/2 hours and she was finished in 1 hour and 45 minutes.....HALF THE TIME I PAID FOR!! I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The one time cleaning for my house went fine. I would give the guy a B-. However the monthly apartment cleaning never happened. They cancelled the appointment less than an hour before the scheduled time. They didn’t even call, they basically just sent me a text/email to say they had to reschedule. With such a last minute cancellation I think at least a phone call would have been the proper customer service thing to do. They then made little to no attempt to accommodate my wishes after THEY dropped the ball. I would never use or recommend Handy Services again.

Cleaner arrived on time. Paid extra for deep cleaning and added baseboards & walls. Baseboards & walls were not done still dirty. Nothing was moved to be dusted in bedrooms I can wipe my finger in dust on nightstand & dresser. My bathroom floors were not cleaned. No upstairs baseboards dusted. Outside of cabinets in kitchen are still dirty. Not sure what she cleaned other than vacuuming. Left 70 mins earlier than the 6hr time slot paid for. Customer service hard to find a telephone number & no actual person calls you back related to complaint. Horrible will never book again. Canceled ongoing services I signed up for.

Read the reviews. Not a good company. They provide a background check and collect payment. That's about all the value they provide. They pay the person actually doing the work very little. Every single pro has complained to me about Handy and offered to give me their number to contact directly. Every pro was late and sending one person to clean a 5 bedroom home is unrealistic. I had weekly service that I can't wait to be over so I can mark this down as a mistake and never use again.

DO NOT HIRE!! They won't return your calls - Ever - Unless they're trying to sell you their services. Then they're super duper sweet to you. But once they set you up with an appointment, someone will contact you and cancel - again and again - last minute, most likely. And if you try to find someone else within their company to replace that person, which is really difficult to do - LAST MINUTE - it's almost impossible - because NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Oh - did I mention how it's impossible to connect with anyone over there? You're welcome to EMAIL them, however - but they won't respond to you for days. So if you actually needed the house cleaned for any reason - like you have a schedule in your life or company coming or kids or plans - other than just living around their company, forget it. And their policy says that you can't cancel their contract - yep - CONTRACT - or you get fined $99.00... I called my bank and they told me they'd never charge that money, so I was secure in knowing that wouldn't happen. WHEW. I emailed "Handy" - ha - back and told them I was terminating my "contract" and they would never charge my account for anything or I'd sue them. They oh-so-politely agreed in my reply that came back to me three days later. DONE.... Do. Not. Hire.

This is a terrible company and service. They are quick to respond when time to take your money but if something goes wrong like when the lady never showed up there is literally no one to speak to no customer service number no humans to speak to. They claim they have background checks and satisfaction guaranteed however the lady was so unprofessional she called me the evening prior, cursed and expressed frustration with handy then asked me how much I paid for the service when I told her, she blatantly asked me to cancel so I can give her the cash upfront since handy was only paying her half. And to think people like that have access to your personal information. When I refused she obviously never showed up and handy never even bothered to call or make it right.

Signed up for house cleaning beginning the first week of May for an anniversary present. Since then, the cleaner cancelled twice in a row. I had to pay up front for the cleaning service and never got what I paid for.

I had e-mailed Handy the day before the job was scheduled asking that the cleaning crew bring a vacuum, a mop, microfiber cloths and any other supplies necessary for cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms and floors. I also expressed concern that only one person was coming to do the whole house when I received a change alert naming only one person. Handy answered my e-mails stating that the cleaning person would come with supplies that could handle my job, including a sweeper/mop, and that one person could do it. I still had reservations, which would be well-founded. Only one person came. She arrived with a bucket, some cleaner, a sponge and/or a cloth in the bucket. She didn’t have a vacuum cleaner or mop. She said she didn’t know that I requested the vacuum cleaner and mop. I thanked her for coming and she left. Both my time and her time was wasted. The customer service team should have sent two people who had the supplies I requested. I notified Handy how disappointed I was.

I receive 3 hours of service for a very reasonable price and get a great job each time. My pro is Laura and I couldn’t live without her. She comes every other week and does a wonderful job! She is very personable and a real pleasure each time she comes to our home.

AMAZING! Shaqia does and absolutely spectacular job with my filthy filthy house. I try not to pick up before she gets there, but its definitely not perfect and Shaqia just puts things in their logical place. I've been very happy.
