Description of Work: Vincent came to our house to do an estimate. He suggested we needed an additional downspout and, unrelated, silvercoat our roof. Another gutter specialist suggested a few simple fixes that required no contractors which solved problem without the new downspout and our roofer said silvercoating the roof would ruin the $30,000 roof we had and would void the warranty. I would not rely on these people for roof or gutter expertese

Description of Work: The guys are Gutter Gurus are very kind, professional and responsive which makes up for a slight concern of their being unorganized. Their prices are very reasonable and they come quickly although it is often difficult to get an exact time/date. But really -- since it is gutter cleaning and I don't feel the need to be present when they come, I don't mind. I would recommend them highly.

Description of Work: Scheduled an appt quickly to come see our house. Vince did a thorough review and that is where it ended. Stated he would get back to us with an estimate in a day, but never did. We called the business office several times to find out what was happening with the estimate, they said they would check with Vince, still no response. If you are not interested in the job, just tell us at the time of inspection. Do not say you are going to provide something and not deliver. Bad business. I can't advise on the quality of work since we never got that far.

+ -1 moreThey were very honest and told me that they didn't believe the leak to be a gutter problem, which was very respectable. I would definitely consider them if I needed the gutter work done in the future.
Description of Work: I had them out to my mother's house to try and find the source of a leak problem.

+ -1 moreThey seemed more interested in explaining their perception of the work rather than being sensitive to what it was I wanted done. I had to take charge attitude that I wasn't entirely comfortable with and I didn't like it. The quote was in excess of $400.00. They were very responsive. I wouldn't use them in the future because of the experience I had.

+ -1 moreThe experience was excellent from the estimate to the completion of work. Nick showed up on the scheduled time and provided a clear, competitive estimate. He described the Guttershut cover and how it works. The workers showed up on time and did a very professional job, paying attention to detail and leaving the site clean and free of nails. Gutter Gurus came out for a minor adjustment that was needed immediately and also repaired damage done by another contractor free of charge. The result looks great - one of my neighbors contracted them immediately after seeing their work.
Description of Work: Gutters replaced with new seamless gutters with Guttershut cover (to keep leaves out). New downspouts installed. Facia capped.
