If I could rate The Grout Tech above five stars, I would do so in a heartbeat!! Our search for someone to recaulk our bathrooms led us to Andrew at The Grout Tech. From start to finish, Andrew was communicative, accessible, and very professional. He is the most thorough repairman we have ever come across. Andrew truly went above and beyond our expectations - something that is very hard to come by these days. His workmanship gave our bathrooms the facelift it needed. He has the kind of work ethic that we all hope to see when hiring someone to do work in our homes - honest, reliable/punctual, very reasonably priced, attentive to detail, and truly cares about providing the homeowner the best outcome possible. Great service. Andrew provided an estimate for 2 bathrooms via phone and some general info on his services. He arrived on time and did a great job caulking the bathroom tub and shower stall. . He had to remove the old caulk and installed new high quality caulk to match the tiles. Looks like new and I would recommend him for anyone needing these services.

Andrew did an excellent job. The finished work looks very nice. He was friendly, professional, and careful to clean up. The cost was very reasonable. For personal reasons, we had to postpone having him do the work for quite awhile after initial contact with him, but he was very understanding, accommodating, and patient with us until we were ready for his services. Once we were ready, he scheduled a work date quickly, showed up on time, and completed the work in one day. We would highly recommend Andrew.

Great! My husband and I both learned a lot about tile and grout. So aside from receiving the actual work that needed to be done (which was meticulous and excellent) we also received a lesson about the work that had been done in our home previously and what to watch for in the future.

Andrew was a pleasure to work with. He is very courteous and took went the extra mile to ensure that I knew the ins and outs of all the projects that I asked him to complete. The last thing he is looking to do is squeeze a few bucks out of his customers. To illustrate, he wasn't satisfied after steam-cleaning and scrubbing our master shower as he was not able to completely remove the efflorescence mineral deposits off our shower floor (something that I've read up on is nearly impossible to do). Instead of just charging me what the original quote was, he knocked off some money, though I told him he didn't have to. Hoping that all my new caulk and grout holds up for a long time, but when they eventually do need a touch up, I'll be calling Andrew.

Andrew was very professional and courteous. He did a beautiful job re-grouting the tile in the shower area, and it looks like new. We were very satisfied with his work. We would highly recommend him.

Andrew showed up promptly and provided a very reasonable quote for the work, much less than his main competitor. He then came out to do the work, and he did a great job in making beat up grout look new again. He showed up on time, took time to carefully match the color of the existing grout. Upon applying the coloring, it turned out to be slightly mismatched, so he ordered a slightly different coloring and returned to my home another day. Other companies would have likely forced me to accept a close match, but Andrew wanted the job to look perfect. Despite having to return, Andrew refused any extra money which I was prepared to pay. In summary, I would strongly recommend Grout Tech.

Andrew was great! He recaulked our tub, cleaned the tile and grout and resealed it. A few weeks later, some of the caulk starting coming up. I contacted Andrew, he got back to me the same day and came out the very next day. He recaulked the part that was coming up and didn't charge me.

Andrew was perfect. I called him to talk about the scope of work, and within minutes he sent me a reasonable quote. we scheduled the work and Andrew showed up right on time. He was extremely thorough and painstakingly removed all the old dirty caulk, cleaned up the area, applied a high quality new caulk, and checked to make sure everything was done perfectly. He even recaulked other parts of my bathroom so that the colors matched and the whole thing looked great. Removing the old caulk was more difficult than what we had hoped but Andrew took his time and did not ask for more payment. Andrew is a true professional and a perfectionist at his craft. I'd gladly recommend him to anyone who needs tile, grout, or caulk services.

Andrew was professional, and understanding when I had to reschedule (for sick children!). He promptly showed up when he was expected and cleaned up after - work was well done and he is very knowledgeable (gave me some insight into things to improve with tiles in the future)
