Description of Work: I used Rossi plumbing through my home warranty company. They were professional and fixed my toilet issues. They did have to come back once because one of the tiolets was not working perfectly. They came back with no problem and made everything work properly.

Description of Work: If this is the Cabinet repair guy. A kitchen cabinet door was repaired. I was quoted 1 price and then charged an additional 50.00s. He said if I had him redo my bathroom he'll credit the 50.00. | I don't recall any plumbing work from Angie's List.

 + -1 moreWe purchased a home with a home warranty. I had an emergency with no air conditioning and the home warranty company contacted Greg Rossi. The work order was listed as a priority and we were guaranteed to have a call within 3 hours and service within 8 hours. This did not happen Greg Rossi took his time and did not contact us until 2 days later. When Greg did contact us he was very rude and said another company had to take care of this and hung up on me. I will never recommend or hire this company. Greg who is the owner himself is very unprofessional.
