Description of Work: We worked with Greenable in deciding which contractor to use for an apartment renovation. Their ideas were quite good and we felt very comfortable working with them. Unfortunately, when we evaluated the five companies we met with Greenable came in second place so they did not get the job. The difference between them and the other company had to do with their experience working with a principal who would not be in town for the time of the project. Otherwise, they would have been selected.
