Green Estates has been in business for 35 years, we design/construct/maintain residential and commercial properties, offer annual service contracts, and provide immediate response to any problems with your irrigation system. We are also an EPA Water Sense Partner. We do not use Subcontractors. Green Estates service technicians are extensively trained to resolve all of your service needs quickly. We can troubleshoot and solve the most difficult chronic problem systems. We are experts in renovating existing and outdated systems with a combination of service experience and excellent design practices. Our knowledge and experience means reduced costs for you!

If I could give negative numbers I would. The most terrible service I have experienced in any industry. Wildly over charged me and were so disrespectful and rude. I would highly advise you NOT to use this company.

Description of Work: Turned system off and on. Installed original service august 2005. Not sure of exact date of last service but it was fall 2013. Was gradually getting too expensive annually.

I cannot say how impressed I was with Zeth and his leadership. I'm usually a bit stingy with my compliments since I have very high and exacting standards which often go unmet. I am also a frequent contributor to Angie's List reviews so I'm certainly not naive on what is available out there. My garden is of the highest quality and has been featured in magazines and photo shoots so perfection is expected. Zeth obviously takes great pride in his work and was determined to "get it right". What a refreshing change to work with someone who has the same passion about gardening and doing a great job.
Description of Work: Zeth, one of the lead foreman for Green Estates came over with a crew of 3 to open my irrigation system after it was closed for the winter. I have 15 zones and a very large and complicated set-up since all my pots, lawns and terraces are automatically irrigated on my almost 2 acre property. This visit by Green Estates is one of the most important parts of my growing season and one tiny mistake could mean that a large area of my garden could go un-watered. The crew checked all 15 zones carefully and replaced broken heads and drip lines--not an easy task since my system is quite intricate.

No professionalism.
Description of Work: They do not show up on the time they are suppose to. When they came out they did not have all the parts on them to finish the job was told that they would be bck following day to finish. Never received a phone call and I called them. The company said they where booked today and could not get to until middle of the following week. They where not done my job and they moved on to others. That is unsatisfactory. Unprofessional. They are not worth hiring.

Member, We apologize for any inconvenience that we may have caused we have to bring a special valve back to your home that we do not usually carry on our trucks, not all parts are readily available at all times. As for the time issue I advised the person that made the appointment that we would be there after 2pm and we arrived at 4:06pm. Thank you

We were very pleased with the quality of service provided. The forman was present the entire time work was being done. He kept us updated at every point in the job. At the time, water service lines were being worked on for the whole block by the water company. The forman asked that we call him when that work was done and we regained normal water pressure. We did and he came out promptly. The office personnel are also friendly and accommodating. I would recommend Green Estates to anyone.

GREEN ESTATES ALWAYS ARRIVES ON TIME FOR THEIR APPOINTMENTS, AND THEY DO THEIR WORK IN THE TIME FRAME THAT THEY PROMISED.
Description of Work: GREEN ESTATES OPENED MY LAWN SPRINKLERS IN THE SPRING AND CLOSED OUT THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM FOR WINTER. THEY ALWAYS CALL TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND THE SERVICEMEN ARE ALWAYS ON TIME.
