+ -1 moreTook them one day to install the unit in the Summer of 2018 and two weeks to make it run so so, breaking down once every 3 months, 15 months later discovering that they installed the wrong thermostat. Last month the AC stopped working again, I called them they said they will come in one or two days, after two weeks of no show I called a different Co, this Co charged me $500 to make an opening in the central air unit to install an air filter. So GreenAir installed a new central AC unit without air filter which is a Major Violation

Description of Work: Woke up on a hot Saturday morning to find that our AC had stopped working. We called several places and found that they were all booked, due to an electrical storm that happened overnight.

Description of Work: First, they had the best pricing - by hundreds. But I paid for it in service. They didn't come the day we initially planned and then were late time we rescheduled. However, they were courteous, even friendly, and helpful. Kind to my dog and generally pleasant. The job got done eventually, and got done well!
