This is the second time I've used there service and Mike is a top notch person. I had just got my counter delivered that day and wanted to set up an appointment/estimate. I called and they made an appointment for Sat (only because it was the only other free day I would have). Since I was already home because of the counter delivery they put me in as standby in case they would be able to fit me in that day. Sure enough a few hours later they gave me a ring and were not only able to stop by, but also do the job. Along with the $50 Angie discount I was very pleased I would have a working Kitchen that day (an unexpected surprise). Also an extra kudos for not marking the new cabinets via the tourch. The cold water pipe was much shorter and was a concern of mine since it just barely cleared the base. Mike put an extension on to even out with the other pipe without a shinge. I only had the valves attached and will be installing the hoses and garbage disposal myself.

They called about a 1/2hr before arriving to let me know they were on their way. They looked to see what I needed done and gave me the price after calling their company. There were two guys. One installed the toilet system and the valve, while the other cleaned out the pipe under the wash tub. It took approximately 2hrs. When they were finished they cleaned up. One man was more experienced than the other, so they communicated well with each other to get the job done. They presented me with a bill for 370.00 and I had a 50.00 coupon that I clipped off of angie's list from the company and they applied that to my bill, for a final fee of 320.00. I was very happy with the job they did and will probably use again.

My experience with them was fantastic. I called at approximately 10:30am this morning and they were out to my home within a half hour. I was ecstatic since I only have one bathroom and one shower. They had everything fixed and replaced within a half hour to 45 minutes and that is with me asking them to add on replacing the actual faucet as well since I had a small leak in it. I was very impressed with how fast I received service, the cost of the service performed and how friendly the two men were that came to my house. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service.

Overall it went very well. About a year after moving into my new home, rain water started coming into my basement and mold began to grow. After having a few people take a look at the problem, it was determined that the previous owner put in a new drain on his own and was done incorrectly and he used the wrong sized drain pipe as well. I contacted a few plumbers but did not get a comfortable inspection until I met with Goodman Plumbing. The plumbers arrived on time, they were very professional throughout the whole process, cleaned up after the job, and their supervisor called me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied with the overall service. They also had an L&I inspector inspect and approve the job prior to continuing with it, something the previous owner failed to do; hence why everything had to get fixed and wasn't up to code before.

After realizing I wouldn't be able to fix the problem on my own, called them about 8PM and someone picked up on the second ring. They scheduled a time for one of their guys to come out the next day. Two of their employees called us when they were 20 minutes away and arrived exactly inside the window they had provided. The fix was rather simple for them, and both of the guys went about their business professionally and efficiently. They took great care to keep their work area clean and left everything spotless. Great experience and will certainly use them again.

I couldn't have picked a better company!!! Goodman plumbing was wonderful! They were scheduled to come Tuesday and put me on the waitlist for Monday (I called them Monday). I seriously never believed they would come Monday (the same day). They came Monday!!! Bill called arrived 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time, provded me with the cost, did the job and cleaned up!! He was nice polite and answered all my questions. He was not 100% happy with the water pressure when after he changed a valve, and did not stop working until the job was complete. These guys do not stop until the job is done and 100% complete!! All the great reviews you will read are true. These guys are the real deal!!! The price was fair and the work was great.

It all started Monday morning. So there I was Monday morning. I was at home alone, having decided to have a nice, quiet morning for myself. With my cup of Cinnamon tea beside me, I was just settling into watching the morning news. when I heard the unmistakable sound of a pipe bursting in the kitchen. I jumped up and ran into the other room, only to discover hot water running down the wall behind the water heater. The electric water heater had sprung a leak and was leaking hot water all over the counter and floor. I stayed calm. I unplugged all electrical appliances and moved them out of the way. I turned off the main water and called goodman plumbing, they came right out took out the old water heater and replaced it with a new one. They did a great job, they where clean and professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone.

They said they would be here between 9-12 and would call before they came. Call came at 8 45 here at 9 finished at 10 30. I have the rest of the day off......

Everything he fixed works fine. They performed a good job. They never did send in a warranty they promised.

We have been very satisfied. They were always prompt and did everything they said they would do. They told us everything up front. There was never any hidden costs or agendas.

When I called, I heard back from them in 15 minutes and his men were out within a hour. He gave me an Angie's List discount t because he asked if I had coupon and didn't have any and found I was an Angie's List member. They responded so quickly; I was very impressed.

This service provider was excellent to deal with. They responded quickly to my inquiry and made an appointment for the following morning. The service technician called me approximately 20 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know that he was on his way. The job was completed within an hour and the technician was very professional and courteous. I would definitely use this plumbing service again.

My experience was very good from my initial phone call through the repair itself. The phone representative fully listened to my explanation/background (sorry I don't remember her name). She judged it a priority situation because I had to turn off water in the whole house (no localized cutoff to the shower/tub). I had plumbers in my house within 2 hours of my initial call. The crew (Stan and Matt) provided top-notch service. Professional and personable. And great communication here too: consulted with me for background and after their own inspection, reviewed options with me and made all costs clear ahead-of-time. I felt well-informed about the work they were going to do. They seemed genuinely concerned with doing the job fully and correctly. The fee was a bit higher than I had imagined it might be, but I don't know how it would compare to others. I do feel I got a quality job for my money. And the Angie's List coupon helped out too. I would definitely call upon Goodman again.

The owner, Robert, told me his associate, George, from my area would call me shortly. He did and was at my door to fix the problem by 8:00 a. m. By 8:45 George fixed the problem, double checked to make sure that the problem was truly fixed and also checked to make sure the drain was not leaking. The work is guaranteed for 30 days. I also got a follow up call from the owner to make sure everything went well. Goodman is my new plumber!! They are professional, punctual, reasonably priced and concerned about the quality of their work.

I would definitely use them again and they are now my new plumbers!

Needed sewer drain clearing quickly and called five plumbers Goodman provided the fastest response. Crew was professional and made sure the job was done correctly.

The service men were prompt, clean and very courteous. The service was terrific and I would recommend them to anyone. They are good honest, plumbers and that is hard to find.

The company sent a plumber out to give me an estimate on two minor plumbing jobs -- flapper in a toilet and new hardware for a tub. I was given a lump estimate "This is for everything and includes your discount" rather than an itemized estimate. So it was difficult to say what was labor, what was parts, and whether an Angie's List discount was applied. A different plumber showed up to do the work at the scheduled date. Did a great job. But... he wasn't given any information about the cost of the job. I had to show him my copy of the quote to settle the bill. So, overall great service -- punctual, professional, clean -- but I wish I had been given itemized cost information.

Everything went smooth, with the plumber arriving on time as scheduled. Communication from the company was quick and very responsive. They were also willing to let me talk to the service manager so that I could waive the initial fee of having to send a plumber out and find the source of the issue. I had already done some legwork.

This was my second time using Goodman Plumbing and once again I had excellent service!!! I think they are fair with pricing and do a great job. I will continue to use and recommend them to my friends and family.

I am grateful to them for trying to install the washer next to my water heater by excavating a pipe close by. It was not successful as I was hoping but they tried and did not charge for it. I would hire them again for sure.

We had been having issues with the drain in our garage for a few months, and called Roto-Rooter out to snake the drain. It worked for a few weeks, but then a hard rain made the drain back up again. Roto-Rooter came out again, snaked the drain again, and really didn't do much else. finally we called Goodman to come out and take a look. They stuck a camera into the drains and diagnosed the issue right away (the plumbing under the house to the main sewer was installed incorrectly and was draining under the house. Also, some of the pipes were deteriorated and needed to be replaced). The two guys that came had to do so much work (jackhammering up not only the sidewalk, but part of our garage), and also stayed an extra week when they found more issues that needed to be fixed. They were completely professional, really nice, and called us down to show us what they were doing and explain every step of the way. I know I've found my regular plumber, and would recommend them to everyone I know.

One of my tenants had a leak in her ceiling of indeterminate origins, and it was getting worse. I called Goodman Plumbing, and they expeditiously set up an appointment. Their plumber, Billy, arrived when he said he would, and then called me to explain the problem and how much it would cost. We set up an appointment for him to come back, but then I realized that the time was inconvenient. I called back and re-scheduled easily. He was always easy to reach and called back whenever I left a message. When he arrived, he was efficient, pleasant, and communicated clearly. He told me about how long the job would take, and assessed it correctly. He and his partner did a great job cleaning up (always important to me!) and was extremely courteous and professional before, during, and after the job. I would highly recommend him, and the company. I was very pleased with the service he gave me.

I had used them in November or December and then I got another leak. The experience was very good. They were neat. They had to go into the wall and they cleaned out all the plaster they had to knock out to get to the pipes. They cleaned up after themselves. Plumbers are expensive as h*ll. Their prices were average. They were very punctual. I will continue to use them.
