They had to pull the toilet and snake the drain. They actually had to do it twice. They arrived on time and finished quickly. There was still an issue with a utility drain on the line and they came back the next day meeting me during lunch and cleaned that drain as well with no additional charge. Price was fair, they were punctual and easy to work with.

All went well. The repairmen were punctual, professional and explained clearly what needed to be done. They drained the old heater, disposing of the water outside. Brought in the new heater and installed it without any problems. They cleaned up afterwards and finished within a 2 hour period.

Excellent work, they showed up early, were fast and efficient, very nice to deal with and gave good advice for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend!

These guys are awesome! I had a sewer issue on a Sunday and they did not charge anything extra to come out to service (I was quoted $350 by other company -Clinton Plumbing). They returned my phone call within minutes (possibly less than a minute). They were on time & did call prior to arriving to let me know they were on their way. They made sure that the sewer drained probably prior to leaving & they are coming back later in the week to use a camera on the drain (to confirm what issue may be). I was going to wait on having the camera completed, but they advised that it'll save money to do it sooner than later, as if they come back & there is another clog, they will have to charge to snake the line again (I appreciate any company that lets me know how to save a few bucks without asking!). These guys are my plumbers from now on!

Service was great. Called to have someone come out for an evening appointment during the week and scheduled an appointment for the next day (Wednesday). The contractor called me the next day to say that he did not believe he would be able to make that appointment, but re-scheduled for the following day (Thursday). Two workers showed up exactly on time and quickly diagnosed the problem (a clogged main drain). One of them explained that they would snake the drain from outside and inside, then run a camera out to the streets main sewer line to make sure there were no issues. Total service time took about an hour and a half, and they let me know about another issue they uncovered, how much it would cost to correct the issue and how long I could put off getting that issue repaired since it would be a very costly fix. Charges were very clear, and were communicated up front. Service was quick, professional and on-time. I referred this company to my neighbor who was so happy SHE referred them to her church.

He came the same day I called, right when he said. He diagnosed, explained what was wrong, and was very nice and polite. He quoted a price before doing anything, then reduced his own price - I feel we got a great deal. He did all the work quickly and efficiently. Honestly, the best plumbing experience I have had.

Good: knew what he was doing and was in and out pretty quickly so minimum inconvenience to us. Price was fair and he even took the Angie's list coupon off before I had to mention it.

We had a ceiling leak. First estimate was $2700 from ______rooter. They said all the waste pipes were shot. Goodman came and it was only a faucet in the bathtub. $575 only.....

They have several locations. I found them on Angie's List. They came out twice. The plumber was nice and courteous. I was pleased with him. I was satisfied with his work. I don't have anything to compare to their price and they were within the range. They were responsive to my concerns and needs. He is very professional.

I called them at noon, they were at my house by 4 (30 minutes sooner than they said!). They were also very helpful in working around my schedule. They quickly assessed the problem and had a solution. The guy knew what he was doing and didn't grumble about crawling into a really tiny space. The pump was properly fixed by 5:30. Very responsive. I would definitely use them again.

We had another company out to give us an estimate for the job. When they seemed a little high, we called Goodman. Their estimate was less than half of the 1st company's. I previously spent some years in in-home sales of HVAC and kitchen remodelling and still have knowledgable friends in the business. Goodman's price was not "scary-low". It was appropriate to the job. The other company's price was ridiculous and they know it, as they called me after the fact to negotiate. Goodman's techs were at our home within an hour or two of our call. They were pleasant, competent, and professional. They completed the job in a reasonable time-frame and actually did more than I expected. When I related the story of the other company's estimate, they remained professional and did not bash the other company, although they had heard of them. I look forward to my next plumbing emergency so I can deal with these gentlemen again. lol

Great job they came in took their time to do the job right and made all exposed piping look good. Called in the morning they were there in the afternoon.

Plumbers came in November and in January and were helpful and professional both times. The company is very responsive.

Awesome started and finished fast. Did excellent work.

Toddler put cat toy in basement toilet -- they were able to respond same day I called. Didn't start off great. I was expecting them around 3:30 p.m. and they didn't show until 7:30 p.m., but I was glad to know they make all their open calls before quitting for day, and I was very impressed with their professionalism. So impressed that I also asked for opinion on another toilet, which had been clogging very easily, and when they suggested it was time for a new toilet, I went ahead and did through them. Stan and his sidekick Jesse were professional and knowledgeable, and "no pressure" to boot! Stan also reminded me to use the Angie's List coupon, saving me some $. I will definitely call them next time there's an issue, and will recommend them to friends and neighbors. $425 for new toilet installed and $165 for drain clean. Toilet was installed next day in less than an hour.

They were very responsive and came quickly to assess the problem. All service personnel were very considerate and efficient. Recommended them to a neighbor who also had a leak. He was also pleased with their service.

Our toilet was having difficulty flushing and the shower was draining slowly as well, we noticed that the water was coming up in the back yard from the main drain access. The Goodman Pluming called to let us know when he would get to us. Once the plumbers arrived, they got right to work, quickly snaked the main drain. We are very satisfied with their work.

They were very professional. They listened to what I had to say, answered my questions and educated me on a topic I knew nothing about.

I called them in the morning, they came out the same day and fixed the blockage in my bathroom. The plumber did a very good job, and reminded me of a $25 off coupon.

The experience was fine, prompt and professional. because the job was very hypothetical the estimate seemed like it was highly inflated. I went for this company because they advertised ceiling leaks which led me to believe they worked with a contractor to repair the full scope of the leak from the plumbing to the drywall and if needed, a tile worker where applicable. This is not the case, the quotes are strictly plumbing related.

From my initial phone call until the plumbers left my house I dealt with the nicest people who were kind and considerate of my time and made sure that there were no financial surprises. They told everything along the way from when they would arrive to what each thing would cost. I absolutely will use them again. I hope they are in business forever because they are now my plumbers.

I called Goodman based on the good reviews I saw here on Angies List. Right from the start, their workmen put me at ease with their courteous, professional attitude. They listened carefully to my description of my heater's problems, looked it over then gave me a quote that was literally 1/3 the price of another plumber I called. It was easy to set a day and time that was convenient for me. They set to work and finished a complicated job in under 4 hours. They left my basement neat and clean. If it wasn't for the great heat now coming from the heater, I wouldn't have known they were there. I can't say enough good things about Goodman Plumbing. I recommend them 100%.
