After a poor start on the communication front with a less than responsive receptionist, things drastically improved. Mr Goodman called personally to apologize and explain. His personal touch was very much appreciated, so I went ahead with getting a quote. When the plumber came out to quote, he was professional and knowledgable. I haven't decided on a contractor yet as still receiving quotes from a range of contractors. But based on my second impression I would have no hesitation in hiring this company for plumbing work.

They only charged for the first day's work, never did anything that was uneeded. In fact a plumber told once before that I needed my shower faucets replaced, but Gooman's told me they were fine. I would recomend them to anyone.

I contacted plumbing contractors from Angies List for a diagnoses & estimate on a leaking water service in my front lawn. Some of the estimates were to bring in a backhoe to dig & others were to use the missal process. Duane from Goodman Plumbing came out after his normal working hours to give me an estimate, he was very professional & listened to my concerns. After looking at the estimates I chose Goodman Plumbing because I felt most comfortable with them & their A plus rating on Angies List. The highest price was $3300.00 the lowest was $2475.00. They took care of permits & all the things that need to be done before any work gets started on the job. I was not disappointed, the guys were on the job on time & ready to go. These guys worked their tails off. They dug 3 holes 4 feet by 4 feet & about 3 1/2 feet deep by hand they laid tarps down on the lawn to put the dirt on for less lawn damage. There were 3 men here at all times. They worked from 7:30 AM until close to 5:00 PM. Duane was here to check on progress & to be sure I was happy with what was going on. They replaced 65 feet of 3/4" heavy duty copper by using the missal process which was $825.00 cheaper than the backhoe plus a lot less lawn damage for me to fix. They installed a new ball type shut off valve in the basement. I can tell they do a lot of this work, they had a couple challenges but over came every one. Their work was first class, solder joints looked like they were done by a true professional. I am very happy with their work, they were on time, on budget & I was left with alot less lawn work than I was expecting. I would not hesitate to call Goodman Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Job well done. Reasonable price. Done quickly. All in all I was so happy, i am having them return to put in a new water heater.

Goodman had done a great job for us a few years ago-replacing an old water heater and water supply /drainage lines.so we called them again when a kitchen drainpipe had separated from the main drain and we needed new sink faucet installation done. Stan came out promptly and called before he came to let us know his ETA The drain pipe needed to be replaced and extra straps and supports added to our old system. Stan explained what he was doing each step of the way. . All work was done quickly and professionally. No problem using the Angie's List Coupon..

They were outstanding! They offered and Angie's List coupon when they asked where I heard about them. Maurice, the technician, was really helpful in offering suggestions and went above and beyond. He was through and did an outstanding job! I could tell he was experienced and knowledgeable at what he was doing.

They came when they said they would and the work was satisfactory. It was a code violation and I didn't have any more calls yet from the city. I had one notice that was sent to the right after they finished, so I gave them a call and they said they would take care of it and I haven't heard any more from them.

My sister called earlier this week and they came yesterday to check the drainage in both bathrooms. What looked like mud and some sort of insect would overflow occasionally. The plumber found the problem as a backed up sewer line and the bugs were flying ants. He cleaned out both drains and told her to treat the pipes occasionally with vinegar and hot water to keep them clear. Also, she had the faucet replaced in the bathroom with what was described to her as an ergonomic handle faucet. They were out of stock on the faucet on Thursday so the plumber said he would return as soon as he got the faucet in stock. This afternoon she got a call the faucet had just come in and they came right out to install it. My sister and I are very pleased with the work Goodman Plumbing has done for us. I would definitely use them again and in fact, they are the only plumber I will use.

The trench was left with dirt ontop, but they dug too much dirt and they just left it from the front driveway to the sidewalk. I called them today and the job was done 2 and half months ago, and they said they don’t take dirt away. They did not even rack it or make it look better. I called the home office and maybe they will work something out with me regarding this. To give them credit they did replant the bush twice that they had to dig out, but they left the front lawn a mess. They also filled depressions twice where the dirt sunk and they came back and filled those areas.

The job went great overall. The plumber called prior to his arrival. Upon his arrival he was courteous and professional. He explained what he was going to do to unclog my drain. He snaked the drain and showed me what probably caused the clog. He charged me the price that was quoted to me when I made my initial call for service. I was very pleased with the service that I received. I would not hesitate to call Gjoodman Plumbing again.

Overall, the service was excellent and professional. Stan and George worked quickly and efficiently, corrected the problem, and left the space clean. Very happy.

Tech was prompt and professional, kept workspace clean, everything was working as expected when they were complete. Safe to say Goodman will now be my son in laws plumber now too.

He arrived in about a hour. He cleared the drain quickly and with no problem. Every time I call Goodman I get wonderful service and the coupon is great!! Thanks again.

The people were always very nice and courtious. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that the whole transaction was on the up & up. I am sure they are good plumbers, but I had a negative experience that I am not very happy with.

I am happy with all there work. They were priced fair and didn't take advantage of me due to the emergency and situation I was face with. I would say over all they are a excellent group to deal with. The techs were on the ball the whole time they were here, they took care of my home like it was there own and that is hard to find in people now a days. Thank to the Goodman organization you saved my day!!!!

On the day of service the plumber arrived on time and ready to go. Since the work was going to be completed in several areas of the house he did a great job of cleaning up after each project when he was finished. Overall we have had no problems/leaks since the work was completed. My only complaint is I would have liked more transparency when they originally came out to diagnose and estimate the work on 3-25-13. When I asked for the price for the above mentioned work the plumber had to call the office for the price. He made this call outside by his van instead of in my house where I could hear. I didn't think much of that at the time but in hindsight I should have called another plumber to compare his price. Overall we are pleased w/the work but their method of pricing jobs should be as transparent as possible for the consumer.

I joined Angie's List in order to find an honest and reliable plumber. I felt they did a good job. I had a leaking kitchen faucet replaced in my mother's home. The one thing is the original price was much higher ( close to $600 yikes! ) because they were going to put in the faucet they had brought with them. I explained that she did not need a high end brand name and went to purchase a very nice one for $89 at Lowes. They came back the next day to put that one in for the price I listed in my review (this was the price after the $50 coupon). I would use them again.

My only complaint is in regard to the price. I was quoted a price of $300 which seemed steep for such a small job. There only materials needed were a few feet of new gas line pipe. The plumber claimed that the job was technically difficult and that it would take 2 hours to complete. Two hours made the price a bit more reasonable. I was surprised when he finished in 30 minutes. Yet the price remained $300. I would consider using them again but I would definitely get a few quotes before committing. ***since the above post, Goodman has refunded $85. This made the total price more appropriate.***

The main drainage pipe in our house had cracked from old age. They came and gave an estimate. It was one of three plumbers and by far the lowest so we scheduled them right away. They were on time and did a great job. They cleaned up their mess. Very polite and professional. Hopefully we won't need a plumber in the future, but if we do we will use Goodman.

Within 48 hours of my first call to Goodman, a plumber arrived as scheduled to help assess my problem (leaking bathtub). He spent the time to listen to my diagnosis and together we discovered the issue was something I could fix on my own. He gave me some quick tips and headed on to the next job. Polite, quick, & honest. Thank you Goodman!

The plumber arrived when he said he would. looked at what I needed done and gave me a price. I agreed to the price and he continued on with the work. He was probably here for about 3 to 4 hours. He was very curtious, informative and cleaned up very well. I had a 50.00 coupon for Goodman Plumbing that I got from being an Angie's list member, which he deducted from the price. That made me very happy. He also brought to my attention he felt my chimney was not completely opened by testing the air flow from the hot water heater. He suggested I call a chimney sweep service, which I did and I had dead birds in the chimney. So, he knew what he was talking about.Thanks Goodman Plumbing. So, I was very happy with Goodman plumbing as I was before when I used them for some plumbing issues.
