I was running water in my kitchen sink and then all of a sudden I had a small flood in my kitchen. Not being handy and knowing next to nothing about home repairs, I called them out. They sent one guy out (Sorry, I don't remember his name) after I described over the phone the problem. They thought it was a clogged drain and sent somebody out almost immediately. I called around 1 pm and they were at my house by 2:15, diagnosed the severe drain clog by 2:30, cleaned it out and work was completed by 3. He snaked it out, showed me how the water was backing up and the reason. Very friendly, courteous and will definitely call this company out for future work and would recommend him to family and friends.

Maurice was prompt, very nice. explained what the problem was, fixed the problem and then showed me how I could remove the drain stoppers and clean them myself. The only thing is my appointment window was set for 8 to 10 am. When I called to find out if I could get an arrival time, the guy who answered said I should not have been given such an early time frame....The window should have begun at 9:00. Fortunately the guy was running early so he was in and out quickly and I could go to work. .

My first experience with this company was on 5/31/13. I walked into my bathroom to find it was practically flooded due the toilet leaking. I called Goodman and they had someone out within the hour. They said they would come back if the problem started up again but thankfully, they were able to fix it the first time out. My second experience with Goodman was just as pleasant as the first. I had three guys come out to my home to fix a list of items. They were quick and cleaned up after their work was done. I would highly recommend Goodman Plumbing.

Everything was done perfectly and there was no mess left from the plumbers. Wa couldn't have asked for better service either.

I called goodman plumbing due to leak in my foyer ceiling. THEY CAME OUT IN A VERY SHORT TIME AND IMMEDIATELY STARTED DIAGNOSING THE PROBLEMS (MAIN DRAIN PIPE ON BATH TUB, A LEAKING TOILET TANK AND CORRODING BATH AND SHOWER FIXTURES.) THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. BILLY AND HIS WORKERS WERE VERY PLEASANT AND WORKED WELL TOGETHER TIL THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. THE WORK IS BEAUTIFUL AND I AM EXTREMELY PLEASED.

The work was fine and they were professional. However, the bill they provided was not itemized or detailed. They treated the call as though it were an emergency when I very clearly said it was not. The way that the job was handled I felt like I got ripped off and I was overcharged. I have not and will not use them again.

The plumber came quickly and did an excellent job of replacing the part that had been previously installed incorrectly by another company. He also was able to fix a loud groaning sound in our pipes that we had reoccurring for many years. Throughout the years we had several companies come out and they were never able to correct the issue. Would highly recommend.

I am extremely pleased with Goodman Plumbing. I called at 10:30am this morning. Being a Saturday I expected to get an answering machine, but to my surprise a nice young lady named Tracy answered on the first ring. I explained my problem to her and she said she would set up a plumber and call me back. 10:45 am Tracy called back and said a plumber would be at my house between 11:00am and 1:00pm. 11:00am Jason the plumber called me and said he would be at my house in 45 minutes. 11:45 am Jason was here with a helper. Jason was extremely professional explaining what he was going to do and gave me what I considered a very fair upfront price of $185.00, which turned out to be only $160.00 because I had a $25.00 coupon I printed out from Angie's List. The clog was extreme and the guys kept working hard for over a hour to get it clear. They had all the right equipment on the truck and never left a mess behind. No doubt about it I would call Goodman Plumbing when ever I need a plumber. Russ K., Yardley Pa.

Didn't find the final cause but really dug through the walls and attic to find the source. Believe its from the roof and not from plumbing. Was very pleased with the plumbers attitude and helpfulness in explaining everything.

My experience was excellent, i have no complaints. they arrived on time in the projected time they said they would arrive. They also examined the rest of the faucet in the bathroom at no extra charge. I plan to use them in the future.

The guys from Goodman Plumbing were great. They were punctual. They came out the day after I called. They cleaned up after themselves.

Dwayne & John did the estimate & all the initial work. They recommended another tile man for bathroom work(tub surround of ceramic tiles & floor). 2 other Goodman workers did the basement & kitchen work. I liked the work of Dwayne & John & just wished they had completed all the work. Work area was cleaner when they finished. Both Dwayne & John were great workers & skilled communicators. Other workers were OK. It is a good thing to have all the work done by the same crew.

Tim showed up on time, checked the pipes in the basement and out back where the problem was. He ruled out a main pipe issue which was not only music to my ears but also the problem identified to me by another plumber. When he told me what the problem was and what he needed to do to fix it, he began the work. He worked out in the rain cleaning my drain until we could, while standing out front hear the water out back running through the pipes. I am more than pleased with the job that Tim did and even more pleased with his honesty because another plumber wanted to charge me 1800 dollars for a job that costs $125.00. Needless to say, Goodman Plumbing is now my "go to" plumber and I would highly recommend them to any and everyone.

After Goodman's clog specialist plumber failed to unclog our washer drain (3/4" diameter), he gave us receipt for our $50 after he accepted the coupon from their site on Angie's. He said their Master Plumber would estimate the replacement job. Their Master Plumber Jim E. quickly concluded that there was a wrong size drainage pipe that the washer directly emptied into. He said to ensure the washer worked properly, the pipe would need to be replaced by a 1-and-1/2 inch diameter or two inch diameter pipe. He estimated that it would take two men two days to do the work. We called the office to ensure that he would do the work and not another plumber with the firm. He and his helper arrived promptly and prepared the room by moving the washer outside onto our patio and covering our interior doorway with anti-dust plastic. After jack-hammering the concrete floor, Jim advised my wife and I that the copper water pipes had previously been cemented into the floor. He said that they would eventually corrode and that he had done many a job to correct such a problem. We trusted Jim especially after he had told us that he had 25 years experience with the company. He estimated the job at $550.We accepted and had he write it up as a separate job. Most of the work, including the cementing was done the first day with the men working from about 8 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Jim accepted the $50 coupon from Angie's Goodman site and we paid the balance of $1,100. We had previously been given $200 off the original price. There was no Senior discount but they honored the coupons. Total project cost: $2700. Jim wrote on the original receipt that there was a 5 year Guarantee. He and his helper answered all questions and he ensured me that "We stand behind our work." They were courteous and within the constraints of the job, neat. I do wish they had given me a printed receipt with the guarantee. I asked Jim to ask his office to send this and he said he would. I guess I'll have to follow-up with the office.

I have used Goodman for several years, including other projects not listed above. I always ask for Billy. Billy is a great plumber- knows his stuff, explains things simply, does the job very well, professional. Cannot say enough good things- I highly recommend Billy from Goodman Plumbing.

Plumber used a mechanical snake to clean out drain in laundry sink. Finished job in 15 minutes and achieved excellent result. Had wrong price ($25. over) on pre-written receipt but after calling his office he lowered the price to what I was originally quoted. Would use again.

Found out on Friday night our water heater was leaking. They called me back within five minutes after leaving a message. Came out Saturday morning to fix it in the time frame they gave me. Took them about an hour and a half. They explained what was going on and showed me how to turn it off in the future if there was a problem. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. Very pleased with their service.

These guys were great. I called at 10:35AM on a Sat. and at 12:45pm they were at my door. Did the job with the parts I had already purchased thinking I would do it myself and clean the area when done. I could not have asked for a better experience and will certainly use them in the future.

Goodman plumbing did and excellent job. They showed up on time and provided a free estimate. They evaluated the problem very quickly. after we provided the initial estimate to do the work they worked with the city very quickly to get the necessary permits and started work within 4 business days. After digging down to the trap they deteremined another problem the line coming out of the house was angled below the trap. They discovered that one of the pipes from the main line was not connected to a subsequent pipe correctly. They corrected this issue which actually turned out to be the root cause for why water was backing up in my basement. They didn't charge me to fix the additional pipe. Very knowledgeable and professional workers. I will alway use Goodman plumbing for plumbing needs going forward.

Our bathtub spout decided not to divert any water to the shower one day. We called goodman plumbing and they came out the following day. As things would turn out the spout was only a minor problem. Upon inspection it was discovered that our bathtub drain plumbing was cracked as was being held together with epoxy (Previous owners). All of that was replaced and things were good for about a week. I happened to niece a small spot on our ceiling under the tub and immediately called the plumbers. That afternoon they came out and fixed the leak with no charge. It's good to know they guarantee their work.

The job that we hired Goodman plumbing for went extremely well. They showed up on time, had the right supplies to complete the job in one visit. They fixed the two toilets two months ago and we have not had any problems since. What impressed me the most about Goodman plumbing and Dwayne is that the two leaky toilets were leaking very badly. The problem looked a lot worse than it actually was. Dwayne came in and said. Oh, it's not a big deal, you just need a new seal and new guts in the toilet. Considering that a new seal and guts costs about $40 per toilet, $80 in materials and $195 in labor, it was a fair price and a job well done. The toilets have not leaked since. On a side note. I called Dwayne about another plumbing problem. Even though we had not hired his company for the big $5,000 job, (a job we did not go through with due to the expense), Dwayne spent 20 minutes talking me through the problem on the phone so that I could a**** the problem myself. This type of consideration and thoughtfulness is very valuable to me in a client small business relationship. I appreciated the time he took he each time I interacted with him and his company and I will be hiring Goodman plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

The experience was great they we professional from start to finished. The office answered phone with a live person which is great and reassuring that your get answers right with a schedule appointment. The workers were plesent , knowledgeable and provide good quality service. They were informant from beginning to end. The office was on top of all the townships requirements and informed us every step of the way. I will use this company again they are 1st class.
