Things went very well. After my failed attempt to remove my old tub spout, I ended up calling Goodman for an emergency Sunday afternoon appointment. The pipe actually twisted off leaving a big section still inside the tub spout and other twisted half inside the wall. My man Rowan came through around 130pm and went straight to work. I thought removing the washer to get to access point for the pipe removal was going to be a difficult task. But, Rowan did it without any problems and no help from me. And most importantly, he didn't scratch my hardwood with it either. The price was fair i believe and the job done neatly and professionally.

Thanks to the plumbers from Goodman Plumbing for a job well done replacing my drain line. They were prompt, professional and neat. It was a good experience all the way around.

Called Goodman to come out after I was unable to connect my new washer due to my water valve shut off valve being "frozen" and my main water valve needing to be replaced so i could install my new washer. I had George come out the next day and was done within an hour. Reasonable prices and great service. Really recommend any of their work.

$275 (before $35 Angie's List coupon) for 20 minutes of work and no materials. When I inquired about the price for 20 minutes of work, I was told that that was flat fee pricing. Would not hire again.

The two workers, Roman and Shane were very courteous and prompt for the scheduled appointment. Roman explained the details of the repairs and provided us with the necessary parts to fix the shower faucets and toilet. My husband and I were very satisfied with the total job they performed. We will be sure to call Goodman's for any future plumbing repairs and we will definitely recommend Goodman's to our family and friends as well.

Shaun told me since I have a Delta fixture I have a lifetime warranty for parts. He suggested I call Delta and have them send me the parts and then call back when I get them and they will install them. He saved me money already.

Above and beyond, the company particularly Roman the lead on our project walked me through all the issues and now we have a plan for how to undue the damage done by a previous renovation that was done on the cheap and without understanding of how plumbing works. Fixed leaking toilet and will come back to fix pipe issues and solder joints that should have been soldered to begin with

Sadly cannot comment on plumbing work since the service tech never showed up. Called in and booking agent remembered my call but forgot to put me on the schedule. Asked them to schedule an emergency call since I took the day off and it was their error but they declined.

Roman from Goodman replaced my tub fixtures. He was very careful and made sure everything was sealed tight, with high quality materials. I would definitely recommend Goodman

It was great! They were able to respond immediately to my inquiry. To start, they answered the phone call unlike 99% of the plumbing services in Philadelphia. They were able to come the next day and fix the problem. Advanced Plumbing came two days prior and not only did the spend two days, they didn't fix the problem. Goodman Plumbing fixed the problem in 45 minutes. Super super super. Highly recommend. Will contact again when I need plumbing. Thank you!!

Although we didn't hire them, Shaun came to our house on time and was very professional. He took time to check out the problem and gave us different options. We would of hired this company but another plumber also on Angie's list gave us a lower estimate price.

I called them out to replace the main shut off valve for the water supply to the house. The crew were very professional and polite and pointed out to me that they could not access the curb shut off valve to turn the water off due to a missing cap and impacted dirt and debris. They seemed experienced and credible. I felt the price was a bit high, but the result was a great finished work product and peace of mind. It took them less than 3 hours from start to finish. They even politely answered questions from my neighbor and provided a consultation. They indicated that they will return to pour the new concrete in a couple of weeks after the dirt settles.

This was absolutely a worry free project. The original quote was for $6800. What started out as a single pipe replacement under the sink turned out to be a major overhaul of the plumbing system. The original contractor back in the late 60's installed the sink and toilet on the same drain line. Because the other piping was found to be not in today's code, the main stack in the garage had to be replaced. That was the reason for the additional $2800. From start to finish Joe would call every day letting me know he was on his way. I decided to replace all the fixtures with a bone colored toilet and sink. Joe and the other plumbers were meticulous with every detail even explaining why he used clear caulking instead of almond caulking because he didn't think the color matched the fixtures. I also had a new water heater installed for $1200. Brian Grobelny did a superb job tiling the floor. When he was done, it looked like the tile was always there. I would absolutely recommend Goodman Plumbing.

The technician named Stan was efficient, thorough and answered all our many questions. Our AC wasn’t working, they came to our house in Philadelphia on 7/1 . The unit had too much Freon in it. It was new house bought in the winter so AC couldn’t be checked then . Stan called his office to tell them what needed to be done and his boss said he could stay and do the entire job instead of having to make another trip to our house. We would have to wait until the following week and with this heat wave and no AC it would have been difficult. Stan stayed all day to complete the job and he made sure the house was cooling down. We’ve used Goodman in the past for plumbing and have always been satisfied. We’ve always had different technicians come out and they were all efficient and friendly and courteous .

Frank from Goodman Plumbing was persistent and found that the dishwasher valve was leaking and showed me where it was leaking. He replaced the valve and soldered it to another peice so that it wouldn't be likely to leak in the future. He explained everything and was kind enough to show me the main lever that shuts off the water in my house and also the lever that shuts off the water sprinklers, which I didn't know.

Very courteous on the phone. Came out same day. Workers arrived as expected and they were awesome. I will defiantly hire again and have already referred my neighbor to them.

Goodman Plumbing is so easy to work with! The friendly and efficient office staff answered my call right away, immediately made an appointment for only two days later, and were super flexible and understanding when I had to call back to switch the appointment date and time. They promised that their plumber would call 30 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive, and he did! And then he actually arrived 30 minutes later! Nick was very professional and easy going; he didn't even make a fuss when my nasty chihuahua nipped at him. Also, I felt comfortable letting him into the house while I was alone, in case that's a concern. He was clear in explaining what needed to be done and took his time answering my questions. I definitely recommend Goodman to others!
