2 young men from Goodman Plumbing arrived and intoduced themselves, George and Jason. I showed them the problem and they went about searching for the source of the leak. They kept me involved through the whole process. Took them about a half hour or so to find the problem. The nice part was they let me know what the cost of the repair would be before they started the repair. They proceeded to remove the metal pipe and showed me the split. They replaced the pipe with pvc pipe. They cleaned everything up and again showed me what they did. They were very polite and professional. Goodman will be our plumber going forward although I hope they won't be needed..

It was good. They responded quickly and they are nice to deal with.

Excellent. Worker came, evaluated work needed & gave me estimate. Cannot say one negative thing about company. Pleasant, courteous, hard workers and knew their stuff.

He brought his teenage son. He has a tattoo on his hand. They were quick. Turned off the water before and after.

We have used them a few times and have always been pleased and they do good work.

The initial call provided us a possible scenario, but since it was in the middle of the night, they told us up front that it would be a waste of our money to send someone out, since they didn't have any equipment with them. ( Gotta love those that think about your money like they would THEIR money) They came out 1st thing (8AM) the next day, and had to go back out to bring back more equipment - since the initial cause wasn't what it was. They came back an hour later and brought a camera to stick down the pipes. Once done with looking down the pipes, the person indicated it wasn't a cracked pipe (which was the initial diagnostic) rather a blockage on the outflow. They then provided an estimate which we agreed to and went to work. In about 2 - 3 hrs, we had a working toilet, really nothing to clean up after them!! I highly recommend them to anyone that need plumbers!!. They're on my speed dial list now!!

Very prompt and courteous. They went out on the initial visit on Friday and scheduled the repair for Saturday. I would definitely recommend them! and also use them in the future.

George was excellent. Very pleasant, professional guy. Stopped by for an estimate, made sure the pump I purchased can be work with my particular setup and gave me the price. The price was much lower than another quote I received. A few days after I called the office and scheduled an appointment to have this work done. On the day of the appointment I got a call from the office that George is tied up and and they are sending another plumber to start the job but George would join him later - which was fine with me. In a few hours I got a call that everything is ready. The pump was working wonderfully and the outside vent was finished to my satisfaction. I would definitely use George again.

They were very punctual and pleasant. Explained what was going to be done, told me the cost before the work began and was very professional . Workmanship appears to be very good.

The one thing that stands out in my mind is how responsive Robert Goodman was to my concerns. He strikes me as a person who can be trusted to make sure the customer is satisfied. I called him with a concern about something that I felt was not done to my satisfaction. He listened to what I had to say and quickly arranged to have another pair of employees come to my home and do what had to be done to make sure I was satisfied. George and Jason did a great job that was neat and complete.

This is the best Company we have ever dealt with .I called Goodman plumbing at 200pm and had Jason and George call ed me at 400 that they were on their way. .These men are an asset to this company. They installed the hot water for us and were excellent in doing the install . I will definitely call them again when I need them AAAAAAAAA+++

The plumbers arrived about a hour after I called. Came in, assess the situation and repaired the damage.

Nothing can ruin your day more than going down to your basement powder room and discovering that your main drain is clogged and everything you've flushed down your toilet and sinks for the last 8-12 hours has backed up into your basement toilet and is all over your basement floor. Goodman plumbing has done work for me before so I called them immediately. I made it clear that this was an emergency. A technician called back within 15 minutes and was there less than a half hour. He cleaned out our main drain at the street and snaked out the clogged toilet. Within an hour of our call, we had working drains again. Their prices are not a bargain, but are probably on a par with most plumbers. Their staff is reliable, efficient, and they do quality work. I highly recommend Goodman Plumbing.

I called today on a Sunday and asked for a non-emergency appointment for tomorrow if possible. After a call back we schedule for tomorrow morning but I got a call from the weekend guy and he was available immediately. Both guys came and were professional and polite etc. A common job for these guys so there was little to do but get to it and they did. They didn't care that I was there- not hovering but looking - I like to see what's going on without getting in the way and they were nice about that. I know it bothers some technicians. They thoroughly made sure everything was sealed tight and tested the fittings multiple times. I actually leaving a review bc I still get companies with good reviews overall but they suck somehow. I wanted to be sure people know this is a company with a legitimate high rating. I am not very merciful to companies that take my money for mediocre service at best. Take a chance here - I did and it worked out.

It went very well. We found the basement mess due to the clog of drain system on Saturday night 2/15. Found them from Angie's list and they came in Sunday afternoon. They cleaned the main drain vent and it seemed everything worked.h We sowed them some other problems here and there. They took a look at them and gave us a quote. Another technician came in on Tuesday 2/18 and fixed them. At this time we found out that the toilet drain line the water went down very slowly. Two more technicians came in and fixed it without any charge. I really appreciate their professionalism and expertise. Definitely will use them in the future.

Excellent work and customer service. The guys were polite and professional, and I will be using this company for future jobs in my home.

I called Goodman today, and they were so responsive with same day service! Mike was a try professional along with his apprentice. They spent an hour and a half diligently working on a outside drainage problem that had been a source of multiple issues including soil erosion. The price was more than reasonable, and I would absolutely use them again!

Did a very professional job & did it in about 45 minutes. The 2 plumbers who did the work were very personable.

I got them from Angie's List. They called me back promptly, they set up an appointment, they gave me what I know to be a good price because my insurance agent had given me a range, they worked within there, and the assessment was below that range. They were on time and they did more than they got paid for. They were fabulous! They were excellent in every respect. I would refer them to anybody I know.

The job is incomplete. I will be calling and asking to speak with the owner. I spoke to Robert Goodman who apologized and said it often took a good bit of time to find a replacement. I explained that I was under the impression that it would only take a few days and that no one had bothered to call and tell me they were still looking.Mr. Goodman said he would personally follow up and get back to me. He called day or so later to say they had found one and could install it in six days. It has been installed and I have paid the remainder of the bill. I was not offered any monetary reduction in the price that I found out later is given to first time customers of Goodman Plumbing.

We used them a couple times. We had another plumber in and we forgot to replace our hot water heater. The heater started making lots of funny noises and you could hear the hard water bouncing around in it. Our old last plumber was too expensive when we asked for a quote to get a new water heater so we went with Goodman Plumbing who charged us $750. They were nice people, they came out on time, they didn't beat around the bush, they gave us a price and they stuck by it, the place was neat when they left, the work was done right and nice and even when they found a problem they took care of it right away. They brought out all their tools and they did what it took to get the job done right. They spent ten extra minutes past an hour and 2 guys came out. They did a really great job so we're happy.

I had toilet backing up in basement. I called them late afternoon. They asked if I needed someone out this evening. I said yes. They said they would call the plumber and get back to me. They called me back and said plumber would be out within half an hour. He was. he came and unclogged drain pipe for me. The whole process was swift and professional. I had used them in the past and would recommend them in future.

It has not recurred so that is always a good sign of a good job. It was actually my neighbor's drain which I share. I don't remember the cost because this happened last year. But it would not have been outrageous or I would have reported that to you long before now.

They showed up on time even though there was a snowstorm on that day put a covering down on the hardwood floor , installed the waster heater in a timely fashion, tested to make sure it was working properly and then cleaned up and left.
