The overall job went well. They came and were actually here on Christmas Eve and they were not welcome and we called them again. They were very helpful. They came when they said they were and they did the job that they said they would. The price was fine.

I like the way that he listened to my concerns, taught me about my new water heater ( I asked) and figured out the problem immediately. He had two suggestions about how to cut the plumbing off in the bathroom and he even called his boss to see if there were any other suggestions. He chose the most cost efficient way for me and if I ever want to cut the plumbing on in the future I can have it done easily. I must say as a single female homeowner I've had my share of issues with plumbers, electricians, contractors, etc. I really appreciate the level of knowledge and professionalism from the plumbers. I will call them for all of my plumbing.

Billy was great. He was completely honest about the repairs and the best and most cost effective way to repair them.

Absolutely no complaints at all. The two guys (one was named Billy) were excellent and did an ouotstanding job. They ran into difficulties due to the size of the vanity and the existing space but they worked through it and the new vanity looks terrific. they went the extra mile more than once during the process and were detail oriented and would not leave until the job was done right. would not hesitate to use them again!!!

The guys were great! Very professional and clean. They came in with drop clothes, set up and were in and out quickly. John and his helper were great. Would highly recommend them.

Replaced with a 50 gal. Bradford white, did a very professional job. We're they cheap, I don't know because I did not shop them. I had them do the job because they had a VG BBB rating.

.Tim "the drain guy" just left and I was compelled to write a review. Tim not only fixed our issue which required quite a bit of muscle effort, but he also explained what he was doing every step of the way so that I could understand what the issue was. Tim did not just do the job and collect the money. He was extremely patient with all my questions and even showed me the pipes in the basement that led from the drain to the sewage line. After 15 years in my home I feel like I really learned something new about my house today. I will ask Goodman Plumbing to send Tim back next time I have a problem. Old fashioned quality service. Couldn't be happier! A+++

The repairman was early and very professional. He provided an estimate before fixing the pipe and then wound up charging slightly less than the estimate when the job took a little less time than he anticipated.

They were great, and I would highly suggest working with them for your plumbing needs. We will be scheduling with them soon!

This morning our bathroom went on the blitz...nothing was draining and "stuff" was coming up from the tub when plunging was attempted. I looked up Goodman Plumbing. I called about 12:00pm and by 1:00pm I received a call that they would come out today. Well, by 2:00pm, two gentlemen came to the door (after calling 1st they would be there about 10 minutes). They fixed the problem in no time and were very kind, efficient and courteous, as well as, professional. We were very pleased. I thank God they came to the rescue...I appreciate them and happy we found Angie's List.

The Good The person was knowledgeable and showed up ontime to perform the work. He fixed the problem by installing a new ignitor and got the heat working again on a very cold day. All seems to be working fine. The Bad I paid $275 to replace a $60 part that took less than 15 minutes to install. That is simply outrageous. Even worse, the person initially quoted me $325 saying that it was a very expensive part. After I challenged the quote, he agreed to reduce it to $275. Bottomline, I guess the price was $275 because I live in center city and the temperature was 25 degrees out. I have no complaints about the quality of work, but $275 for 15 minutes of work is insane. Even when you factor in the travel time to the location.

We had used Goodman in the past for a broken kitchen faucet, but this job was much larger. The happy news is that they were just as responsive, efficient, and professional with this large job as they were with the small one. Although the work was unexpected and expensive, they took the time to completely research what was causing our clogged sink, and confirmed we actually had two different problems rather than the single problem two other plumbers had identified (which would have resulted in us digging up our front lawn and it still wouldn't have resolved the issue.) They responded quickly during horribly cold weather, were diligent in cleaning out our drain and then coming back 2 days later to complete work to replace approximately 35 feet of pipe and a kitchen stack. The work was done quickly, cleanly, and I would absolutely use them again for any other plumbing needs.

I contacted this company to get an estimate for a kitchen and half bath remodel. These services are specifically listed on the provider's service section on AL. I scheduled an appointment for the estimate, someone showed up at the specified time, and we spent about 30-45 minutes talking about the scope of work. He said he would prepare an estimate and get it to me soon. A few days later I received an email saying they don't do this kind of work. I can't comprehend why someone would list those services in their description, schedule an appointment to prepare an estimate, spend that much time on the site discussing the project in detail, only to write back a few days later that they don't do that kind of work. It was very frustrating and a complete waste of my time. Although they were punctual and courteous during the appointment, I consider the way they handled this to be very unprofessional. I would not recommend them.

After being told there would be a wait, company called the same day gas was turned off. Men arrived on time and were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They worked efficiently. When I called the gas company to restart gas, their worker said they did a fine job. If this was a sample of Goodman's work, they are deserving of an award. It could not have gone any better.

They called before coming. They were on time and quickly and efficiently did the installation. They removed the old heater and cleaned up after themselves.

They arrived on time, worked fast, and easily resolved the problem. Arrived as expected and called before their arrival.

Called for an estimate in the project and was able to make the appt with them within a few days. Estimate came in at a reasonable rate, and the plumber seemed knowledgeable. He explained how he would do the job without needing to go through the basement. I booked the job for a few days later. Plumber who estimated the work arrived to do the job, plus two other workers to assist him. Job was complete within 2 hours. Workers were friendly and professional.

I called in for service that morning, Goodman Plumbing contacted me prior to arriving and came within their arrival window. The two guys that showed up were ready to work and quickly assessed the problem and gave me the standard flat rate for clearing main drains. I had an Angies coupon for $25 off that I used and they took that off the top. More curious than anything I wanted to watch them work they had no problem with me hanging out I've never seen a drain cleaned of this size. Jason and John were very professional and genial. Very shortly after the snake went in you could hear it struggle for a second and that's when Jason let me know that the clog was right there, and it appeared to be cleared. After testing the water flushing and checking the basement the problem was exactly what they said. $140.00 + a good tip for being so nice and professional and they were on their way in about a 1/2 hour. Goodman also has a 30 day warranty on their jobs so it was nice to know if something happens with that drain again I can call them for a re-visit.

Arrived as scheduled, conferred with me regarding what was needed to resolve my problem and went about completing the job as outlined. Cleaned up after work was completed, very professional and willing to explain what was being done when asked. I've used Goodman for sewer line repair/replacement too, the job was competed on time and as outlined.

I was very comfortable with both Stan and Jesse doing the work in my home. They explained what had to be done and completed the work within the price range they had given me. I was also happy to receive the standard 10-yr. warranty. Both also did a couple extra things they did not charge me for. I also especially appreciated their clear communication when answering my questions. This is my second experience with the Goodman team the first was with Mike, and I must say they are great! I highly recommend them.

I desperately needed a plumber that could provide emergency services, so I joined & used Angies list to find one. Goodman came the same day (within two or three hours). Very professional. From now on, these guys are my plumbers!

Dwayne arrived closer to the end of the 4 hour time frame. Very polite, presentable and professional. He explained that the water pipes from the main street come into the house through the concrete floor. And that concrete and copper interact together and corrode. He also pointed out that there was a kink in the pipe. He explained that although the pipe is having a chemical reaction it is not a dire situation and we can take our time fixing this. While he was in the house he also looked at the tub downspout that wasn't working and tried to find a water leak since the Aqua bill had doubled in the last month. Dwayne was very patient, explaining things as he went along from one bathroom to the other. I am curious to see their estimate quote. I am very happily impressed with this company.

The new heater was installed quickly and professionally. We have also had Goodman replace our water heater with a wonderful tankless unit and add a recirculating pump to the water system to ensure immediate availability of hot water anywhere in the house. All work has been done when promised and the service people have been courteous, attentive to detail (including cleanup), and very willing to provide all informartion requested regarding the materials and costs involved. I have and will continue to recommend Goodman to anyone needing a first-class company!

The whole process was very smooth, they scheduled the appointment quickly. They came on time, assessed the leak, diagnosed it quickly gave me a price. I agreed to the price and they fixed it on the spot. Very professional and polite. I actually called back because I forgot to mention the coupon they had listed on Angie's list, which was my fault, and it was no problem they mailed me out a check for the amount of the coupon!
