Everything went well. They were able to accomodate my need to fit me in on the day before July 4th. There was only one minor clitch to the service. I requested that the two men where shoe covers due to the daily exposure a plumber's shoe is which makes the bottom of the shoe undesirable to make contact to my floors. They didn't hestitate at all...I just wish that wearing shoe covers would have been part of their own protocal.

We were very happy with the work. They had to come a few times to troubleshoot and find the right fix for our plumbing problems. They were knowledgeable and professional and we would use them again.

They came right away. They were very good. It was excellent. They're very reliable and professional.

Because of the physical layout and size of my house only a 40 gallon water heater could fit as opposed to the more standard size of 50 gallons +. They were able to locate this size water heater and were able to install the new heater on Saturday . Although they were a little later than promised on Saturday the delay was more due to the supplier than Goodman. Bottom line is they were called on Friday afternoon and the water heater was installed by 2 PM on Saturday. The men who did the work were professional, efficient and the product and service ( clean-up) of high quality. Followup by the owner was impressive . I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend their services to all ( including friends and family) .

My experience with Goodman couldn't have been better. The guys who came to my house to perform work (Sean and Derrick) were polite and professional. I'd use them again.

Everything went fine. I just found them on the expensive side. They made a repair and then when they tried fixing a drip in a drain in my bathroom sink and they were unable to repair it. Instead it got a little bit worse because apparently the faucet was falling apart. It had not been made well and he said to repair it I would either have to purchase a new faucet or they could get one however the price he gave me to get a faucet and repair it was $500 which to me was outrageous so I said no. They were fast to respond to coming and all that. The other work they have done for me has been good. Like I said it just seemed like it was a bit high. I did purchase a faucet and I can’t think of the company and it was through Angie’s list that I got him. Because it turns out that it was not any easy to find faucet I actually needed help in getting one that was going to fit my sink and he drove me there. We picked it up and came back to the house and he charged for his time in addition to the $79 but that was more than reasonable so it was additional $40 and we got it repaired. I do not have the parts I would not have been able to follow him there and he needed to come see because I have a vessel sink and apparently the way the whole kit comes that I had an wasn’t easy to replace to faucet, it had to high, it had to be extra long and because of that I could not find one in the store and he said he would come look and see what it needed and that’s why he drove me to go pick it out and then I paid for it and he came back and put it in. Excellent, there is no drip, no problem. The work he did everything was clean in the bathroom when he was done there was no messed up behind. It was done quickly. I called him on a Wednesday and the repair was done on Tuesday.

Wonderfull work done by Goodman Plumbing!! Stan & Jessie arrived on time & explained the process of what they had to do!! They answered my questions to my satisfaction!! They had to remove the toilet in the bathroom & then remove the cast iron pipe that extended down thru the kitchen ceiling & stored behind a kitchen cabinet! They cut out the iron cast pipe & replaced it with a new PVC toilet flange!! They did a great job on every aspect of the job! Jessie & Stan had help from another co worker, I think his name was Chris!! They cleaned up their mess & disposed of the work debris! I would definitely hire Goodman Plumbing again!!

I discovered the leak at 4am and called their 24/7 number at 6:30am expecting to get an answering machine. Instead, someone picked up on the first ring, listened to my issue, and told me someone would be out that morning. At 8:30am Jim arrived and took care of the problem in about an hour. The original price was a bit high ($235), but with the Angieslist coupon, I felt it was a fair price for the repair. I've had bad luck with other plumbers in the area so I plan to stick with these guys for the foreseeable future.

Work was completed in a timely fashion,responded immediately within days of initinal call. Techs were courteous,on time and professional. Would deffinitly use again,and planning to do so in very near future.

When our normal plumber couldn't make it out that day, we called Goodman Plumbing. I spoke with someone who got a description of the issue and said that they could have someone there in an hour or two. Around 80 minutes later they were at my house. They fixed the leaky pipe and upgraded the valves used to turn off the water to the house, changing them from knobs to much easier to use valves. They also made sure to do a walkthough both before and after to make sure that everything was addressed and that we were aware of all the work they were doing. And even though it was a small project, they made sure to keep us appraised of the work being done, including explaining any unexpected delays (such as a leak to the turn off valve in the basement). Getting that kind of service response from a company we've never used before was great. We weren't sure how difficult it would be to get someone out to the house that wasn't going to charge us an arm and a leg for a same day visit, but we were really happy with how everything worked out.

A. He came immediately. Pricey but excellent skills and service. I couldn't ask for more.

I can't say enough good things about Goodman plumbing! We've used them many times. They've replace an broken outdoor pipe, a leaky basement pipe, installed a faucet, repaired our steam boiler... all professionally and quickly. This time they came to fix our old, constantly running toilet. The repair man checked it out and suggested we buy the part ourselves and showed us how to fix it. He charged us nothing. It really left us with a good feeling!

Very well. They were responsive and professional providing quotes (via email and in detail) and call backs within 24 hours. It was a 2-day job which they managed very well and fairly quickly considering the amount of excavating they had to do. They accidently cut an electrical line in the lawn that feed one of the lawn lamps. I called them the evening they had completed the job and someone was back the following morning around 7:30 AM to repair the electrical line in less than 30 min.

I called goodman at 8pm and received a call back within an hour. Maurice arrived the next morning at 8am & called on his way to confirm. He was professional, and knowledgeable . He fixed my leak within an hr. I was never so happy to see a plumber . Great job!

This is the third time using them and each time they did a great job. They were here at the time they told me, asked me a few questions about the problem and then got right into the repair...it was like clockwork. Highly recommend them.

These guys were great. My water tank was leaking, they quoted me over the phone and came out the next day (on a Saturday). They were the best price I received over the phone, (a little more then half of other estimates). Combined with the great AL ratings, I figured I'd give them a try. When they came to the house and examined the unit, the also recommended that the expansion tank be replaced (which was an additional charge). The expansion tank was very old, and definitely needed replaced. So it ended up a little more than the original quote, but I think it was completely understandable because the quote was done over the phone. It was still much cheaper than other phone quotes. While they were working on the heater I mentioned that I had high pressure issues throughout the house for quite a few months and I asked them about it. They tried to reduce with my existing pressure regulator, but it wouldn't hold the pressure. So they replaced the regulator and helped set it properly while they were there. They told me the cost before doing any work and finished very quickly. They explained everything in detail while they were working, and were very clean/courteous.

Two workers showed up asked what was the problem. They went right to work and opened the drain.

The whole process was easy and very pleasant. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and helpful. The guys came on time within the two hour window they gave me and they worked efficiently and answered all my questions. There was even a 1 year guarantee on their work, which I didn't know about when I scheduled with them, so that was a nice bonus. Without a doubt, I would go back to them for future plumbing projects. I wish more contractors were like them!

Maurice arrived an hour and a half before I anticipated him, but did call to let me know when he was in the area (about 10-15 minutes prior to arrival). He was very polite and professional and provided a consultation/estimate first. After unsuccessfully trying to open the garbage disposal to clean it out (it was stuck), he looked down the train and found that the inside of the disposal was rotting/rusting out. What was causing the "clog" was actually the deterioration of the inside of the disposal, and so it needed to be replaced. He initially quoted a price of $425, but said that he might be able to do it for a lesser cost if more work needed to be done downstairs (on the pipes next to the washer that were producing a bit of a leak). However, he found that the faucets simply needed to be tightened to the pipes. (Apparently the washer inside is known to loosen over time, due to on/off usage.) He quickly handled this (no charge) and said that it should stop the leak, though he could replace them with a different type of tap/faucet for $85 each to absolutely ensure no future leak. We elected not to have this done at present, but did want to have the disposal replaced---$375 with Angie's List coupon. When Maurice went out to pick up the disposal, I recalled that another Angie's list reviewer had a disposal replaced for $215 and double-checked this information online. Although I had already agreed to the price, I brought this up when Maurice returned. He said that the additional charge was for the "trap" or additional piping and installation of this piece but that he would check with Mr. Goodman to see if he might be able to bring the price down a bit further. Maurice quickly installed the disposal and informed me that the trap that we had was PVC piping and just fine, so he didn't have to replace this after all. As a result, he honored the $215 price (with coupon) that I had seen online. Overall, the service was quick (in/out within an hour an a half, including time to go and pick up the part) and professional. I would certainly use them again in the future.

Although it's upsetting to find out that there's a leak behind a wall I am grateful that it's Goodman Plumbing who found it. When the plumber got here he listened carefully to my explanation of the leak I had observed and as he investigated he was very good about showing me what he was doing and explaining as he went along. He discovered that the leak was behind the wall and high up enough that he was going to have to take down some of the back-splash. He explained this to me in a way that made me feel calm and assured even though it wasn't good news. He managed to get to the pipe, cut out the leaky piece, and replace it with new pipe all with doing as little damage to the wall as possible. He even showed me the piece of pipe after he took it out so I could see what the damage was. He also took the time to show me that the dry wall behind the tile was wet and he gave me advice about running fans to start the drying process until I could take the next step in repairing the damage. Plumbing work is always expensive but with Goodman Plumbing I feel that it is always money well-spent> This is the fourth time I have had Goodman Plumbing in to do work since 2012 and they have been professional, helpful, and supportive every single time. They also do great work every time!

The service turned out very well. I used a $50 Angie's List coupon for the service. They were prompt, professional and efficient. I would definitely use this company again.

They fit me in to their busy schedule within 2 hours of my call. They found and fixed the problem very quickly.

The supply line to our dishwasher burst this winter. Because of their positive feedback on Angie's list we contacted Goodman to do the repair and install a new dishwasher. We originally received the estimate back in January but waited to have kitchen repairs from resulting water damage done before putting new dishwasher in. The estimate was easy to schedule and the estimator was extremely professional and on-time. I ultimately didn't have the work done till May but they honored the original estimate May and also reduced by $50 Angie's list coupon. Appointment for the repair was easy to schedule. They provided a window of 10-2 and plumber called 30 minutes ahead of arrival. Both men were extremely professional and polite. I'm sure it wasn't easy because they had to work around two small children and a large dog. They left the kitchen looking exactly as it was before they arrived. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They were professional, on time, and the quality was high. The work was done quick as well. If I was going to recommend them, I thought their customer service was good, and they don't look for the short cut but for the best way to do the job.

Although this was not the cheapest, the price was fair, all of the individuals we encountered were very professional, therefore well worth the price we paid.
