I called Goodman Plumbing in the morning and George and Jason were at my house that afternoon. They replaced my kitchen faucet that had been leaking and my master bathroom faucet that had been leaking after giving me a quote. I also asked them to take a look at my downstairs bathroom toilet that had been running. George made an adjustmen to the lever and fixed it at no charge. George also gave me a discount from the Angie's List coupon without my asking for it.George said I will need a new garbage disposal in about six months and I will have Goodman Plumbing replace it based on their fast response time and work.

I phoned Goodman at 7:30 am to ask about their drain clearing services. I explained the issue and I was told that they'd have someone out in a few hours. At 9 am Ryan called to let me know he was nearly at my home. Ryan was courteous and explained what he was going to try and he let me watch, because I'm into knowing what's going on. He talked me through the process, gave helpful tips on maintaining the drain and successfully cleared my drain. He credited me for the Angie's List coupon and he made no mess. It was a great experience and I will definitely call Goodman again for my plumbing needs.

Late on a Saturday night, we had the ceiling in our first floor dining room sag and, ultimately, fall as a result of water damage. Since it's directly below the second floor bathroom, we pretty quickly identified that as the culprit. We turned off the water flow to the toilet and drained the tank, but there was still water leaking from somewhere. We called Goodman and they answered right away, which was nice on a Sunday. They said they'd have a technician call back, which I assumed would take 20-30 minutes, but it took five. They had a couple of guys out within a few hours to look at the problem. They identified it quickly and fixed it easily. They took the time to check to see if the leak might be coming from any additional areas, but didn't find any evidence of that. For a last minute call for service on a Sunday, the price was reasonable and the service was terrific.

I thought the plumber was very knowledgeable, and the service was good. But I'm just just going with someone else because the quote for some other things that needed to be done was to high.

I ended up having to request an earlier service time. They did their best to accomodate me. The drain experts came out and made the necessary repairs. The owner himself called me later in the day to make sure everything was to my liking, I was very impressed by that. I would recommend this company in the future.

Called as an emergency due to water leak. Called back quickly and came on time. Very pleasant and professional and explained what was happening thoroughly, including estimated cost of repair. Had issue with one toilet and came back promptly and fixed it.

Job went very well. Crew called ahead to inform me of their arrival time. They arrived on time and immediately went to work. They identified the problem and made the necessary repairs. They were very professional.

Fantastic! Very professional service, arrived promptly, was courteous, explained in detail the work that was performed, and charged a fair price. Above all cleared a drain that another outfit claimed could not be cleaned and wanted to replace the line, unnecessarily at a cost of thousands of dollars. Excellent service and is highly recommended.

I recently bought a new house that needed a new water heater. Because we have a power vent, prices for the heater and install are much higher. Goodman gave me the most reasonable quote, showed up a day later, and did the install without any problems. When they were done, they walked me through what they did and why, and made sure I knew they were available to come fix the heater should any problems arise. I was impressed and happy with the service. It was more than we wanted to spend, but Goodman was still the best price we found.

The company was extremely quick to return my phone call and send someone out for an estimate. During the estimate, they were able to identify the problem that was causing leaking in our basement and make a recommended course of action. The estimate was reasonable, actually much less than we expected, and they were on the job two days after we called them back. The two people that came out to do the work were very professional, worked hard the whole time they were here, and explained the work to us well.

I was anticipating a much larger project due to some stripped screws, but they were able to work around this and clear the drain in about 15 minutes. They gave a 4 hour window to arrive and promised to call before arriving. They called, as promised, during the first hour of the window and arrived shortly thereafter. The repairman was friendly and considerate of potential messes. They applied the Angie's List $25 discount without my asking for it.

They gave a time window of 10 AM to 2 PM as to when they would arrive. At 12:30 they called saying they were on their way. They put tarps down so that they would not track dirt into the house and completed the repair within a half an hour - start to finish. The price was what I was quoted (minus the Angie's list coupon). They were courteous and did what they said thjey would do for the price quoted.

Excellent service. Right on time. First dug out all the sludge from the drain then inspected the lines before using the snake. He was very professional and knowledgeable, my husband was impressed. He cleaned the area where all the sludge was placed and the drain works just fine.

I was concerned about the water pipes in a rarely used part of the house and wanted by-pass valves to shut the water off if necessary if there was a major extended freeze. I contacted several plumbers (including Goodman) for price quotes. The team originally came in to provide just a quote, and it turned out to be extremely competitive. Best of all, they were able to do the work right then and there. The paid attention to their work (shielding the wires from the torch, cleaning up, double-checking their work before leaving, etc), and were extremely friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. Outstanding work, and outstanding crew!

The company was on time provided good communication prior to arriving and were very respectful.

I had an issue with my heater not shutting off. I was able to manually shut off the system until I could have it serviced. I called Goodman very late Saturday night and left a message with their answering service. I received a phone call that night and had someone come out to the house the next morning (Sunday). My heater was inspected and since I have an older unit they needed to send someone else out that was more famliar with the older equipment. Someone came out the next day and determined that I needed a new thermostat. The thermostat was installed and I was very pleased with their service. Everyting is working well.

Fine. They fixed the problem. George and Jason were neat, protected my carpet with tarp and answered all my questions. They also removed a dead bird for me! I was able to use the Angie's $50.00 coupon so that helped with the cost.

Call and make appointment and they came within three hours called me saying they'd be here in 20 minutes they explained everything they were doing very friendly and I have a working sink!

Jim from Goodman called before he arrived and was professional. Jim was helpful in confirming my suspicion of what needed to be replaced. Jim offered to get the part but I declined because it was a fairly easy process. Jim was very professional, he offered advise on how to get the part and was not the slightest upset that I declined the services. If any plumbing issues (I can not handle) arise in the future, I will be sure to request Goodman Plumbing.

All went well. Arrived later than expected, but stayed until the job was done (6:30 pm). They cleaned the area up. and took away all debris. WE got more floor space for storage in our basement. Stan was very personable. We are pleased all around. Now we want an instantaneous heat exchange unit.

maurizio was great. He was in the area & had a couple of cancellations, so he got to my home earlier than expected. He got us a lower price on the toilet. He was quick, efficient, professional &. Thorough. I would definitely use him again, in fact, I am planning to do just that. Highly recommend.

They arrived within 30 min. of my call. The work was done quickly and efficiently. He did a few extra things that he felt necessary without charging for them. They were very professional. Maurice did a great job!

I would recommend this company to anyone!! John and Austin came out to service our bathroom sink. They were not able to complete the job that day as our vanity needed to be dissembled to complete the job. They informed us that once we dissembled they would come back and complete the job. They were here over an hr and didn't charge us a dime! We called them when we dissembled the vanity and they came out the next day to complete the job. They were extremely professional. I am so glad we found them!!

Goodman crew showed up on time and kept in communication en route, they inspected the sewer line from outside and as far into the house as possible, I was not aware of an Angie's List coupon at the time but they applied it anyway.

They did an excellent job. They were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves.
