Ed and Ed serviced my home and were really fast! I found they arrived to my home in less than two hours after I called on the same day and they fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. I was impressed with how knowledgeable Ed was about the process and his commitment to the work. This fix saved me thousands that I would have incurred if left unresolved. Moreover, Ed was professional, personable and exceedingly outstanding! I was so impressed, I called immediately to get an estimate for waterproofing and, in addition, a dish washer repair and another slow draining sink. I am thoroughly impressed and look forward to receiving the same level of professionalism in future jobs! Fantastic job Ed ad Ed!

Very quick response! I called and they showed up a couple of hours later. Performed the work very efficiently. The only knock is I wish they mopped up the job site after they cleared the drain. They left standing water in two difference places (1) where they fixed the clog and (2) in a new place where they hooked up their hose. Not sure i should have expected them to clean up but if they did, they would have gotten a perfect score from me (hence the B rating in quality). With that said, overall, they good work and I'd use them again in an instant.

I have called Goodman on two different occasions because of water damage/leaks in my ceiling. Both times they were extremely responsive, prompt and professional. In both cases, they were able to do assessments and identify that the source of the leaks were actually not my plumbing/pipes, but other areas where water was getting into because they were not sealed properly. The plumbers from Goodman advised against any unnecessary opening up of the ceilings and showed me me how I could seal these areas myself (and monitor them). I was also very appreciative of the fact that they did not charge me anything for either visit they made to my house. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to others.

Chris came out to examine a leaking basement waste pipe, extending the length of the basement. He identified that the entire length of pipe was corroded and cracked and needing replacement. As soon as he was available, in a few days, Chris and Francisco returned and worked straight through the day, stopping briefly only to retrieve additional parts. They removed quite a lot of heavy pipes while working, as well as the toilet and bathroom walls. They also had to move items in the way, such as my washing machine. When the work was completed, they tested the system and left the basement in perfectly tidy shape. I couldn't even tell that a toilet had been where it was removed. The guys were very professional and pleasant, despite the hard, smelly work they endured all day. Great work! I'm so happy with the result, and the quality of materials and workmanship. The only thing I would suggest to the company is that they communicate with customers about when to expect service. They seemed to leave this up to the individual plumbers, and the plumbers seemed to think customer service would communicate this information.

A word of caution - this business does not install hot water heaters in any building higher than 4 stories. Those of us in a 6-floor building are out of luck. Too bad given their good reviews.

We had gas smell in the basement and called our gas company (PGW) who found multiple leaks and turned off our gas and keyed the gas meter. We had our usual HVAC people come out to fix the problems, but they messed up and it was still leaking. Goodman Plumbing were there on the next day, did everything really professionally and fixed all leaks. They also checked the gas stove and places in the basement the other guys didn't even suggest to look at. Everything works now and PGW has turned the gas back on so we have heat again! Yay!

Arrived well within 1 hour, maybe even within 30 minutes of the call and the work was done within 15 minutes. Best plumbing experience ever!!

Excellent. Responsive. In & out in just a few minutes.. Seemed to be reasonably priced. First time homeowner, hadn't even made a mortgage payment yet, so I don't have much to go on. But I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Chris (the plumber who was sent to handle the job) was all that he should be, punctual, polite, informative and efficient. I've seen Goodman trucks around the neighborhood quite a few times, so I knew I didn't have to be shy my old masonry row home. Scheduling and install was a breeze, I have no complaints, can't wait to get them back in the Spring.

When I decided on calling a plumber, I called Goodman since they're not far from where I live. They called me a couple days ago to schedule appt, giving me the 12-4 pm window. Dennis called me at 11:20, and were there before 12. Dennis and his asst were friendly and polite. Dennis asked me relevant questions, and snaked out my kitchen drain. Found an old rag in there! Problem solved. I would recommend Goodman to anyone who needs a plumber.

Thank goodness for Shawn and Reese. I called Goodman on a Friday afternoon at 3 pm (when some people might not have even answered their phones) and they came out the next day at 10 am. They saved me from buying a house that had been negligently waterproofed with a french drain that had been improperly installed. If it weren't for their sharp eye in diagnosing the source of the leak and honest recommendation in telling me to save my money and look elsewhere, I would have been sunk. Cannot recommend enough.

my son called in a panic that water was running out from under his sink. he has twin babies 18 months old and his wife was with her dying grandfather. we called goodman plumbing since they had in their ad in the angie's list magazine that they come out for emergencies. I have had problems with providers on angie's list who never call to schedule, even when I've bought a "deal" so we didn't even know if they would call back (especially because the eagles were playing the giants that night in Philadelphia!!). sure enough they called within an hour and promised to be there by 8 a.m. the next morning. they were there at 6:30 a.m. they installed a new garbage disposal and replaced the broken pipe under the sink. they even had a $50 coupon in the angie's list magazine, which my son was very grateful for since his wife is not working this year to take care of the babies. they were very satisfied that someone actually called back, showed up before the time promised, and let them use the coupon in the book. thinkgs are still drying out but at least they can use the sink....with two little ones, it would have been a big inconvenience to go even one day without a kitchen sink. thanks to everyone for your help!!!

I called Goodman Plumbing because of an infestation of drain flies. It was the second time I used them. They came out and scoped my line and determined the drainpipe in the kitchen was broken. Unfortunately, I had a second broken pipe in the laundry room. It took 3 1/2 days to complete the work. The floors had to be dug up due to the house being on a concrete slab. Every day when they arrived they lay plastic over the couches and drop cloths on the floors. Prior to leaving they cleaned up after themselves even sweeping the floors. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat. I have dealt with other plumbing companies in the past and Goodman definitely knows their stuff. The floors were dug up, all debris carted away, plumbing replaced, concrete laid, and access provided to kitchen drain. Thank you, Goodman!!!

I called and I was told someone could come out today. John and Ryan were in the area and they were here in no time. They saw what had to be done...brought the snake in...they were in and out in less than a half hour. I used the coupon that they had on Angies list. The drain is working again! I'm very happy with the service I was given!

Big truck pulled onto frail driveway, requested it be moved to street - (free parking no signs) close proximity. Two plumbers arrived per appointment (between 1-5) around 1:30 with phone alert half hr. before. Had everything on the truck. Completed work in under an hour. Very professional! Very happy with the work and demeanor.

JOSH AND JOHN CAME AND SNAKED OUR DRAIN. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. IT DID NOT TAKE THEM LONG. DRAIN WAS CLEAR.

I would never use them again. We use to use them all the time but now we had a problem and they didn't call us back if and when they had the part. So we ended up not going with them and went with Roto Rooter.

Goodman Plumbing did a fantastic job in a very timely manner. All the employees, including the office staff, were very helpful and dealt successfully with all our concerns. We also want to thank Jim for responding so quickly when we reported the problem. We were very concerned about getting the repair done as fast as possible in order to avert water damage to our property and Jim helped get this accomplished. We can't imagine anyone doing a better job than Derrick, Jon, and Cisco who performed the repairs. They were very neat, professional, answered all our questions, and did high quality work. We will definitely use Goodman Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs.
