The Goodman company never called us back when we called them to come out and examine the job. we were surprised that they never called us. i dont remember the exact date i placed the call, but it was somewhere in late May or early June. oh well.

Prompt response to my call. Extremely professional. Replace water heater quickly and without any problems.

Very well. When I called Goodman he asked for the model number of my old leaking hot water heater, which I provided. I informed them that my water heater is located in a confined space between my furnace and the wall. They took note of this and assured me that they would find and install one that would fit. I was promised to be scheduled as the first job the following day. When the two men arrived - a bit earlier than promised but I was fine with that - they took one look at the area they had to work and decided that the heater they brought with them was too big. They took it back and returned with a slightly narrower one less than a half hour later. They did a very neat and clean job replacing the water heater and took the old one away with them.

We have had Goodman out to our house for two separate jobs. First, when the electricians were grounding our water, they burst a pipe, which ended up having to be replaced out to the street (Generation 3 is not a company I would recommend). That night, we called Goodman and they asked for pictures of the leak and were able to give us some advice over the phone to get us through the night. Then Sean came first thing in the morning (before 8am) to actually stop the leak. His team came back a few days later and fixe the pipe that lead out into the street. They worked all day, were courteous, wore booties in our house, and explained everything they did when they were done. Would hire them again in a flash. The pipe that needed replacing was lead. The second job we hired them for was to fix a leaking radiator. They ended up having to split it into two different days, which worked our for us because we needed to address an issue in the wall behind the radiator. Again, they were prompt, courteous, and went out of their way to explain all sorts of details to my very inquisitive husband. They also added a few additional steps to their work for free, just out of kindness. They will always be our first call for any plumbing needs!

Everything went well! From the first phone call to the end if the project, everyone was so kind and helpful! The pricing was unbeatable as well! This company is definitly a keeper!

I originally had 3 issues I wanted fixed. George was their plumber, and he was professional, courteous, and explained everything well. He also took great pains to keep my house clean by using dropcloths and wearing shoe covers. One problem was a leaky kitchen sink faucet , one was a toilet that would spontaneously flush itself, and the other was a shower with a continuous drip. The toilet flush mechanism was replaced--George actually drove 40 min roundtrip to the closest plumbing supply store to get the parts since my local hardware stores did not stock them. I also asked George to take a look at the water shutoff valve to the toilet, since my wife had noticed dark water occasioinally dripping down. He ended up adjusting that valve as well as replacing the water supply tubing. The shower was fixed by replacement of the cartridge. The kitchen since George found was due to a leak in the sprayer arm hose. Here, it was unfortunate that his company would not allow him to just replace the sprayer hose, citing lack of warranty; all he could offer was to replace the faucet, which we were not inclined to do. But, at least we had the problem diagnosed, and he did not charge extra for this. George was also good enough to give us a $25 new customer discount. So in the end, we were happy with the George and the quality of the work, and given that we were not charged extra for diagnosing the sink faucet leak, we feel that the price charged was very reasonable. Our only regret was that Goodman was not willing to change the sprayer hose. Still, Would we use this company again? yes.

I called after discovering water coming through my ceiling from an upstairs bathroom. The work was scheduled promptly and the technicians arrived within the scheduled time window - plus I received a 10 minute courtesy prior to their arriving. Upon arrival, they quickly assessed the issue and provided an estimate before any work was started. Once I approved they completed the work quickly and efficiently minimizing the time my water main was turned off so as not to delay other activity going on concurrently in my house. While on site I asked them to assess the diverter spigot in a different bathroom, which they included as part of the overall estimate. This work required replacing a portion of the feeder pipe. Best of all, upon completion the spigot was flush with the tile and caulked seamlessly, where it had not be before. Prior to performing the work both gentlemen set up drop cloths and cleared any personal items to ensure there would be no mess or damage. After completing their work, both work areas were cleaned up as if no one had been on site. I've used Goodman Plumbing in the past and will not hesitate to call them again, if work is needed. The cost for the work was fair and the technicians were friendly and professional. Thank you!

Called Goodman on a Wednesday night for a drain cleaning that was performed on Thursday with a follow up scheduled for Friday to re-inspect the drain. A collapse/blockage was identified and a preliminary quote written up on the spot. stayed in touch with them over Memorial day weekend and scheduled the job for Tue and was completed the same day with proper electrical line marking and township inspection. The 2 man crew dug out the problem area and replaced with cast iron through the wall into the basement and made connections inside the house, while they were at it they also corrected the flow pitch as well. Job was done in a number of hours and they made the effort to clean up; drop cloths were removed, buckets were returned cleaned out, and any spillage was wiped up. Crew was professional and easy to work with. Overall Goodman provided rapid response to inquiry, fast quotation, phone support over a holiday weekend, and were able to schedule and complete the job quickly. They were the only ones able to respond to phone calls quickly at a reasonable price.

The toilet was fixed even before we got a estimate for the vanity+faucet work. The workers later the same day. They removed the old vanity and installed the new vanity + faucet. In addition, they changed out the old rusty pipes. The work was done quickly and reviewed with us. I highly recommend this company. They are professional, quick and got the job done

They had to locate the pipe first which they could not find at first. They dug up eight cement blocks in front of my house. The pipe was not in the cement instead it was in my grass in which they had dug up my grass and I had to replace the hole myself. Although they solved the problem the finished product was not acceptable.

They were great. We have a mobile home and everything is unique and special, and they said that they found a water heater that would fit in the area that we needed, they quoted us a price, we shopped around a little bit to see if anyone had a heater that could fit at that price or better, and no one did. They had come out at 8 o' clock in the morning, and then they came back out at 1:00 in the afternoon, and they were done by 4. They took the old one out, they put in the new one. I wasn't here, but they did a great job, they were very respectful of our floors because I remember it had been snowing and it was really cold. They put stuff down to protect the floors and they put booties over their feet, so they were very nice and very respectful of our home.

The gentlemen were great they fixed the faucet very quickly however the price of the service seemed a bit too high. Service was perfect otherwise though.

They came out the next day to examine the problem and gave an estimate. When they returned later in the week to fix it, the work was done quickly and at the price quoted. Great job, a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely call them again if we have any more plumbing issues.

I called in the morning when the trouble started and they said someone could be out by around noon. I got a call not long after saying they were on the way, so the service was even faster than I expected. The guys who showed up were polite, cleaned up the mess from taking down the ceiling, and knew what they were doing. Professional all the way. It was a huge relief to get same day service since my tenants would have been without a shower otherwise.

I had contacted Goodman Plumbing to give me an estimate on repairing the handle cartridge for a stall shower. The tech showed up, and gave me an estimate of $125. He said he had a replacement in the truck, so I had him fix it on the spot. He made quick work of the repair, and then put the handle back together (which I had disassembled and tried to fix myself). A few weeks later, I contacted Goodman to replace saddle valves with proper shutoff valves (for ice maker and whole house humidifier). This project took a little longer, but they did a great job. I will definitely use them in the future (instead of doing the work myself).

Tech showed up on time and was very nice. Even though it was snowing (yes, snowing in April!) and raining, he got the equipment off of his truck and went about getting the problem taken care of. He had to break the cover to get into the drain (it was an old type cover so he didn't have one on his truck) and even came back a couple days later to install it. That would have been an additional charge but the owner was very good about it when we said we felt it should be included as part of the overall repair so he waived the charge. We were very happy w/this company and have already told several neighbors and friends about them. Would definitely use in the future. As far as we are concerned, we are happy to know that we now have a plumber we can call for any and all plumbing needs in the future. Thanks Goodman Plumbing!

Really well. They were on time, called ahead and were extremely professional. I called this morning and they offered to come within 2 hours. They were efficient and awesome. Will use them in the future for sure!

I sent an appointment request through Angie's List website on a Sunday afternoon. Received a reply in 2 hours. Plumber arrived at 9:15 am the next morning. Plumber removed the toilet from one of the bathrooms and snaked it, clearing the blockage. He cleaned up after himself and left the bathroom as it was.

Such a GREAT experience! I called at 7:30am & was told that someone could be out between 8-12noon TODAY. By 9 am, John and Vince were at my door. John knew right away what needed to be done. He even asked me if I had the dimensions for my new stove so he could make sure the height of the exciting line would clear (since I had NO IDEA what he was talking about, I pulled up the specs for my new stove and his assistant Vince confirmed it). John also took the time to look at my receipt to make sure the Lowes installation would include the flex line. These are things I would never had thought of and could have caused problems and/or additional costs when Lowes came. Both John and Vince were very polite, professional, knowledgeable and FAST (they were in and out in about 20 minutes). Would definitely recommend and use for future jobs. Thanks so much!
