I had Aqua turn water off at street. Goodman came early the next morning, did the work needed quickly, turned the water back on, explained it to me and cleaned up. A very good job and a good price.

Excellent job and very happy with the work. This is the third time that we used the company. They were very responsive and scheduled an emergency visit the next day to repair a leaking toilet. The follow-up visit was handled by Patrick and he was extremely helpful and called 30 minutes prior to arrival. After the repairs Patrick also provided a detailed report on the work. We will use the company again for future work.

Very pleased. I've had issues with my long-standing plumbers and called Goodman based on recommendation from Angie's List. Everything went great. The first job was correcting a leaking sink that had been installed incorrectly. Not only fixed that issue but also an issue with the faucet without even being asked. I was so pleased that I had them out again a week later to do the seasonal heating check/cleaning. Again the guys went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

I called goodman at 8:00am when I identified the issue. They were able to fit me in the morning and the techs came by and explained the procedure. They were able to access the supply line in my front yard and snaked out the clog.

Chris showed up immediately for an emergency repair. He assessed the situation and told me he could fix the problem tonight. Estimated a price and preformed the work efficiently in a prompt manner. His deminor was prompt, curteous and professional. Would recommend them to all my friends.

These plumbers are great at what they do and work very fast, yet efficiently, double-checking their work before they leave. This was the 2nd time I've hired them for repair work needed in my bathroom and I will hire them again in a heartbeat if/when I need plumbing help in the future.

After Jim, from Goodman, saw the condition of my old toilet, it was decided that to do the job right the first time (avoiding any return calls for a seal that didn't quit fit), an entire new toilet would be the appropriate course of action. I appreciated his honesty, and agreed with his assessment. He and his apprentice quickly got to work. I was amazed at how fast they got the new quarter turn supply valve installed and the old toilet removed. They had to leave to purchase a replacement toilet (as this was not in my initial scope of work) and installed it just as quickly when they returned. The whole job only took a couple of hours and I'm very pleased with the work as well as the professionalism both men extended. I've added Goodman Plumbing to my contacts for any future work.

Had problem with older toilet and two workers (Jimmy and his son) arrived next day to assess. Cost to replace was not much more than replacement. They removed old toilet, prepped flange and returned later to replace. Also, replaced the supply line into toilet. Thorough job and cleanup was spotless. Would use this company again.

I called in for my parents house and they were very friendly and helpful in scheduling the appointment (they were able to come the very next day). They also allowed me to pay ahead via credit card so my parents would not have to worry about a bill. The technician called me ahead of the job as well as after, I was not able to be on site. He replaced the shut off valve and repaired the leak which was the internal tank components/gasket. I was very happy with how they took care of the issue

I was getting the driveway redone, figured that I should check drain pipes below as my neighbor told me they were terracotta. Mike came out on time as promised, videoed the pipes which of coarse had tree roots in them, gave me an estimate on site. Price was a little high, however they had great reviews. They showed up as promised, ran into issues digging and were here longer than they should have been, didn't ask me for a penny more. Very professional, nicest bunch of guys, they did an outstanding job!! I even asked them to send me some pics as they went along (as I was at work) they did no problem. Thank You!!

I had workmen in my house for 4 days. The two plumbers, Billy and Steve, were extremely careful as they removed the old pipes and installed new ones. They were courteous and professional at all times. They took care to cover the furniture in my dining room, and they put up hanging drop cloths to keep as much of the dust and dirt as possible from getting into rooms other than the dining room. They left my house in good order. Brian Grobelny, the gentleman who installed the ceramic tile floor, did meticulous work. The floor looks beautiful. He worked carefully and really did a remarkable job. I would hire all three of these gentlemen again in a heartbeat.

They arrived on time and got right to work. They knew exactly what had to be done there was no trial and error necessary.

The plumber was both helpful and responsive, getting a special piece during our time together and the charge was only about $100. We were grateful for their responsiveness.

Very nice work with excellent service that was provided from the initial phone call to assess and schedule the work along with the actual installation of the toilet and garbage disposal. I received a 30 minutes courtesy call prior to their arriving. Upon arrival, George was extremely professional and completed the work very quickly and efficiently. I had very positive experience and will use the company again to schedule additional work in the future. The pricing was fair and the service was excellent!!!

The came and figured out the issue and I accepted their price. They removed the tub and installed a new tub including new plumbing work. The next day, the tile man came back. I thought that they weren't able to do the tile, but they did it perfectly. It was really a great job. My house is old and was built in the 50's but they really did a great job and you don't always find that these days. I would call them again, though it would be nice if the price would be a little less. They did what I wanted them to do and were very helpful. I am deaf and so there was a bit of hindrance in communicating and they worked very well with me on that.

The work was completed in a few hours. Sean provided quality service. He installed the heater without a problem considering he was working alone. He even fixed an old rusted pipe for no additional cost. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely hire again.

Bless your heart Goodman Plumbing for the way you handled my nightmare drain problem. It started with a backed up stationary tub in my laundry room. My home is on a slab with no easy access to a basement or crawlspace. I called another major company to snake the drain for a guaranteed price. He spent 2 hours pulling out dirt and sand. Wouldn’t you stop after maybe 2 minutes if DIRT is coming up? Maybe a broken pipe??? Well at least it was free. Then he called the ‘camera guy’ who had no intention of trying a camera. He said he could not guarantee an estimate until they started digging but to plan on around $15k. Ok well I guaranteed him that the door he entered was still open and to please leave real fast. Then I called another company who wanted to dig up my laundry room, living room, hallway, and bathroom. Finally and thankfully I called Goodman. Sean came out and compassionately listened to my horror stories from the other companies. He had a good handle on what needed to be done. He called Mike for confirmation. Michael came out about an hour later. Immediately he started telling me what pipes went where and what needed to be done since he had many years’ experience doing many similar homes in my area. He wrote up a guaranteed estimate at a much lower cost AND they did not have to go anywhere near my hallway and bath. Dwayne came out the next day and we contracted the deal. Dwayne was also familiar with the layout of my home and my anxiety was once again at peace. So we made a plan to start on a Monday morning around 9AM. The Friday before they were to start I received a call from my adjuster. He wanted to come out Monday morning also to take another look with the insurance company adjuster before any digging was to begin. So I had to call Goodman to try to get them to come out on Tuesday instead. I spoke to Tracy at the office and she said they had to start Monday because it was a 3 day job and they had another job to start on Thursday. However, we agreed that Goodman had prep work to do before breaking ground and that it would be ok for the adjusters to come out at 9. On Sunday evening I called to leave a reminder message. I was very surprised to actually speak to someone. Did not get her name but thank you! She had Dan call me back about 15 minutes later (on a Sunday night?). Dan confirmed that it would be fine with them and that the adjusters would have plenty of time to do their thing before they started digging. The plumbers had to cover things with tarps and move things into position. Great knowledge, infectious confidence, fair prices and wonderful to deal with. Finally, the work they did was outstanding with little or no mess to clean up. Thank you Goodman (Sean, Mike, Dwayne, Tracy, Dan, and emergency Sunday night girl) and I can’t wait for my next plumbing need so I can call you. Actually….let’s hope I don’t have one. Hah!

They stand behind their work majority of the time that I use them they do a lot of work in here for the price under the bath tub and downstairs they replace some drain pipes their work I never had to call them back I got a water heater from them I mean they are expensive I wont say they are cheap but they do good work. I didn't used them for a couple of years after they had a terrible woman in the office answering the phone she was really nasty I called her a couple of times and she got nasty with me when I thought was my emergency but it wasn't her's and then she said she had more important jobs than mine to go to apparently when they came out this time I asked them about her because I stopped calling them because of that and they say she got another job.

The Plumber from Goodman was named Jim. He was polite and thoroughly looked over what needed to be done and also found some other potential problems that could occur. The work was pretty involved and took about 5 hours to complete. After the work was done, Jim showed me each and every piping and valves and the hot water heater. The work looked great and was professionally done. After the work was done, He cleaned up everything and left the area better than when he started. All work done was a gas hot water heater, 4 new shutoff valves, new copper tubing on both sides of the valves and hot water heater and replaced my faucet over my stationary tub. Total cost seemed a little pricey but I have not had plumbing work done before. I would recommend Jim and Goodman Plumbing to anyone along with my family and friends.
