I had never used Goodman before but when our 50 yr old boiler stopped working on Christmas Eve day, they came out and spent most of the day trying to fix it. Parts for the old boiler were hard to find but they replaced the thermocouple in an attempt to get it working again. It did not work so we got estimates to replace the boiler. Their price was very competitive compared to the other four proposals we received. They installed the new boiler for us and did a great job. They were prompt, courteous and despite having to remove the old boiler, kept everything clean. They replaced most of the original pipes/valves and did very professional work. I was impressed with the installers and the company. I will definitely use them again!

Of course plumbing professionals are never inexpensive but with Goodman I feel I am always getting a fair price and outstanding quality. George was my plumber the last 3 times I needed work and was great. He arrives on time, has good problem solving skills, double checks everything, and explains everything .

It went well. Mike cleaned the drains and fixed the toilet. I am very happy with the work that was done.

wonderfully, I spoken with the office and they said that the gentleman would be here as soon as possible (it was a holiday eve). the gentleman arrived in a jiffy and completed the job in a timely manner. would use this company again. given high recommendation.

Sure enough Mon afternoon Nick the plumber called. He was very cordial and polite. Told him my problem. He went right to work. It did seem to me as if he had a hard time getting the bolts off or maybe he was just being kind since I could not do it. Nevertheless, he was a life saver. He put on the new toilet seat. HO, HO, HO. Merry Christmas... Bummer, the new seat does not fit. Have to get another. Please Note, just because the description says 'elongated' it is just the shape, not the size. Be sure to measure and buy by size. I know this but since the new seat was so... expensive, I was fooled by the description 'elongated'. I do have a bathroom where I can use it. Nick Hollister was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He knew exactly what he had to do. Job was done in a timely manner. When he finished he cleaned up. Goodman installed a sewer line in my mom's house in Kensington. What a great job they did. Goodman can be proud of their employees and their service. Thank you

Perfect. The woman who took my call was attentive and called me back as soon as she knew when the guys could come. They called half an hour before to give me warning. They arrived within 2 hours of my first call, removed old water heater and installed new one. Very prompt, courteous and professional. I was very satisfied. I have no idea about the price but it seemed reasonable under the circumstances. Would certainly do business with them again.

Above expectations. They first came out on a Sunday afternoon within an hour of me calling; permits to drill into the sidewalk were pulled by Monday and the sewer line was replaced on Tuesday. The workers were professional; they put down protective covers inside to reduce mess on our carpet.

They charged me a service fee and then refunded it to me because I wasn't informed that there was a service call charge. I appreciate them making good on their word and they came right out.

Very nice crew!! In addition, home depot terchnician erroneously set up a new washer -the work was done incorrectly-they noticed this and replaced it.

Service provider arrived on time and went right to work. He seemed competent and completed the job very quickly. Everything went very well. I would definitely use Goodman's again and would recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

Shawn came out on time and even called 30mins before arriving to let me know he'd be on his way...he came in assessed what I needed and got right to work. He cleaned up everything and I had my new kitchen faucet! He did a great job and was able to answer a few other plumbing questions for me...I will absolutely use Goodman in the future!

They were punctual. The guys were friendly and the work was great. They have been my plumbing contractor since my very first job request. They also provide plumbing services for my business. Love these guys!

This company did plumbing work at my home $3000.00 as well as my business close to $5,000. They actually were quick in their response, however, the assistant must have had a bad day and she was totally unprofessional. I asked to speak with the owner to express my concerns about her conduct, when she quite rudely told me that he was not available to speak to me. She said that she would have him to contact me and the owner never contacted me. I am opening a new center and was going to use this company but I am so afraid of this young lady. I think she would try to sabotage the project. Unfortunately, I won't be doing any business with this company. But, the guys are professional and friendly. Please use them... just stay away from the crazy woman.

They are amazingly responsive. They have done a lot extensive work for us. They rebuilt a shower for us. I have always found their pricing to be very fair, but their quality and their service is extraordinary. They are really good!

Contacted Goodman on evening of 7 Nov, and Shawn 1 and Shawn 2 responded on 8 Nov, within 12 hours afterward. Both Shawn's were completely professional and a pleasure to interact with. The work required that the new/old water heaters be moved through a narrow stairwell, which was the only access to the basement. They were able to accomplish this and replaced the defective heater with a top notch American Standard model. All work was completed in fine fashion. Goodman Plumbing is an outstanding, excellent company.

My main drain to the house backed up and what a mess. Looked on Angie's list and found Goodman Plumbing. Called and within an hour service arrived. At first he had trouble but figured another way at attacking the clog. Jim was diligent and very professional. He cleaned any area he worked in and spent some tie here. However when all is set and done, Jim did a great job. I definitely will call again. Price was the going rate.

Plumber fit us into his schedule, was polite and helpful. He successfully removed the corroded bolts. But he made 2 minor mistakes in replacing the flushing mechanisms: he cut the overflow tube too short and he connected the chain to short so that the toilet didn't flush properly. I fixed the chain so the toilet now works, but I can't correct the too short overflow tube. He was careful not to let the cats out (despite their begging!) and cleaned up after his work.

Overall the service was good. The first plumber made a couple mistakes (reason for a "B" instead of an "A") but as soon as I contacted Goodman to address they got right back to me and were out first thing the next morning to complete everything as I had requested.

I needed to replace a curb stop box in a sidewalk. When Goodman Plumbing rep came to give me an estimate , the suggested to replace an old lead pipe going to main. So, it turned into a big project. They obtained all city permits fast and started digging little over a week from the initial visit. The job was done in one day. I can't give them A, since I had to call them twice and bring them back to fix issues, associated with the project. they took care of things fast.

Went very well. Chris, the plumber, was great. Low key, communicated clearly, and was flexible in terms of what needed to be done. He ended up doing more work than I originally scheduled and squeezed it all in. I've used Goodman before and I will definitely use them again.

Great! Goodman was over that day. Performed service professionally and at a fair price. Problem solved.
