They came out quickly and were very professional. Repaired copper line, installed new connector and shut off valve. We also used Angie's list coupon.

Excellent Service and very professional will hire again for future plumbing and heating need. From the estimate Nick explained very detail and very easy to understand what need to be done. John came and installed the faucet in timely manner. John explained to me what need to be done during winter time to prevent the line from frozen. Very neat installation and John really knows what need to be done. He cleaned the area very well inside and outside of my house. Will definitely hire again for the future. You pay for the professional not handyman!!!!!!!

New faucet was installed but when the old drain circle was taken out it showed rotting area in the sink so the new one would not fix it. The entire sink had to be replaced. I was not to happy to hear about that because I only wanted new faucet replaced. But things always happen when items are taken apart. The plumber was very apologetic which it wasn't his fault. In fact I thought the first day he came out was just to give the estimate. Then he told me he could do the work while he was there. It was done pretty fast and I was happy with the results. He was back the next day to put the sink in. It made a big difference and the area looked great. I will have him come back and installed the other new faucets in the other rooms. I really appreciated the discount coupon for being an Angie member because I didn't expect to have to replace a new sink. So the coupon was a big help. Thanks Nick!!!

It started a little bumpy with a delay so it took longer than expected. But the overall work done was exceptional. Everyone was nice and once the job started, it was done in a timely manner.

Chris the installer called before the arrival time and came within the pre-selected time frame. He moved fast answered all questions and was courteous. ( Did not have booties but took off work boots) All went well.

OK. Repair seems OK but I feel like I was taken advantage of in regards to price of labor. I had no idea of what was involved for correcting the problem so I agreed to the quote. After the work was done and checking the cost of parts by my calculation this was $200 per hour for labor. Shame on me for not getting a competing quote.

We had another plumber come out who automatically said we needed a new faucet. At $500 and a hole in our linen closet Goodman told us the cartridge was bad, but since the faucet was so old there was a chance they would need to replace. Saved us $ using Goodman. Will be calling them when we move into our new house

Very well. Goodman Plumbing is a very reliable provider with very little wait time and very efficient service. I simply called the company, spoke with a member of the staff, indicated what the problem was, and in very short order (on the same day) received a return call from the plumber who would complete the work to schedule the repair. Two nice features of working with Goodman Plumbing are quick scheduling and the "heads up" telephone call about thirty minutes before arrival.

Did not hire as they were overpriced and rather pushy.

The plumber showed up during the appointment time window and recommended replacing the faulty valves, installing shut valves as needed, and replacing the copper piping with the hole in it. He could have tried to sell me on replacing a line (that he made functional) to upgrade it, but was honest and didn't try to up-sale me. Our past experiences with plumbers were not positive and we are happy to find one to use for any future repairs.

My basement bathroom was backed up due to a main sewer blockage. Last time this happened, the plumber I used came and quoted $350 for cleaning, but then charged another $300 for taking the toilet apart to access the pipes. This time I called a few companies, and Goodman was the only company that provided an exact quote over the phone that was by the job ($185) instead of by the hour. They even told me to get a discount coupon online. The service rep called before arriving and showed up promptly. He took one look at the cleanout and immediately diagnosed where the blockage was. In no time, the main sewer was cleaned and cleared, and my basement plumbing was back to normal. They even gave a 30 day warranty on the job, which I've never gotten before from other plumbers. This is the only company I would use from now on for plumbing needs.

Arrived promptly with a call beforehand to let me know the exact arrival time. Assessed the toilet in a matter of minutes and had a quote for me. I had to replace toilet and shut off valve. All done within 3 hours. Cleaned up after the work and provided new toilet as well as disposal of old toilet. I was very pleased with the communication and the quality of the work. I found the price to be high in my opinion. I would consider using them again but will shop around a bit before I do.

Company response was very quick. All repairs were completed within a few hours, including digging a 6 ft. hole in my front yard during extremely cold weather. Everyone was very professional.

They allowed us to use a coupon from their Angie's List ad, plus a senior discount for a total cost of $2,000.00! (The lowest price we received from several plumbers.) I give them an A+++!
