I had a broken pipe in the basement that was shooting water everywhere. I called Goodman Plumbing because a friend said they did excellent work. When the person picked up the phone it was the owner himself. I was shocked. I have used many different repair men before and usually I speak with either a secretary or a service guy. Never the owner. He was so nice to speak with. He was able to diagnose the situation over the phone and made me feel completely at ease. He sent a representative to my house the next day. They were extremely nice and completely knowledgeable They came in the house with exactly the right parts he needed for the repair. I was amazed that they could know what parts they would need from just a simple phone call. The repair took a little over an hour. They cleaned up not only after themselves but also helped me clean up from the pipe break. I couldn't have been happier with my experience. I would never call another plumber. I'm their customer for life.

Within only a couple of hours after I called, Josh from Goodman Plumbing was at the house unclogging the kitchen sink drain. He worked fast and did a top notch job, and also explained what he was doing and gave me advice on how to avoid clogs in the future. Outstanding professionalism and expertise ... highly recommended! I appreciate that the plumber came out very quickly to evaluate the problem and give me an estimate. What I don't like is when the "estimate" consists of a single very large number and the company refuses to give me a breakdown of parts, labor, etc, offering only a "take it or leave it" price, refusing to even tell me what their hourly rate is. I opted to do business elsewhere. It was also annoying that the plumber ruined a brand new memory foam bathmat with his muddy boots.

This is my second time using Goodman plumbing and each time they help me they remind me what exceptional service feels like. My basement line needed to be cleaned and there were a few minor issues throughout the house such as my master bedroom sink drain not closing properly and my toilet not flushing properly. They were quick, knowledgeable, clean, professional and extremely reasonable on price. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. Their service couldn’t be any better.

Its been a full day now and no leak. Guys were great. They worked quickly and efficiently. Took them about 20minutes or so and I was able to get same day service.

They came right out and replaced the old faucet with one we had ordered. They replaced the old pipes under the sink that had corroded. They followed up afterwards to make sure everything was working fine.

He helped me solve the problem over the phone.

Dreadful experience. Every job we hired them to do ended up being an expensive mess. We specifically requested NOT to have outdoor sprinklers run through the filters but they did it anyway. they replaced the radiant floor valves but put them in backwards. Finally, when they unclogged a bathtub they put the tub drain on upside down. The overflow drain caused water to spray out and onto the floor but my son didn’t notice it during showers. Out entire dining room ceiling must be repainted due to the drain being put in upside down. Utterly maddening and a huge expense.

The morning after I'd set up the appointment, another Goodman rep called and said they'd made a mistake. The rep I talked had misinformed me. They would not be able to come do my work after all, as they were short two trucks. I was then forced to hit the phones again and try and find a plumber that could come out same day. I would have had a better chance at that if I'd been able to make the calls the previous evening. This was a classic case of unreliability. To tell someone you were coming to help them in an urgent situation then say 'oops, sorry!' is terrible.

When I called and made an appointment I was told that they would be here between 8am and 12pm. I got a call at 7:45 and Chris was here within 25 minutes which was great. He found the problem and it didn't take anytime to fix.Chris replaced the pipe. The toilet is fixed and no more leaks!I

Goodman employees Pat and Steve did an excellent job! My old boiler exploded and left a flood in my basement. Goodman's staff were prompt, courteous, professional, and helpful! I highly recommend Goodman plumbing and their staff members: Pat and Steve! Especially in emergency situations.

They did a quick and clean job, arrived on time and were respectful and pleasant.

Called Goodman plumbing and was scheduled easily right away. George came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. I needed two toilets repaired. The toilets were fixed quickly and properly within 30 minutes. George wore shoe covers which I appreciated and the coupon was accepted. Was very pleased with the service. Great job!!

They were responsive and were thorough. They replaced both at a reasonable price and addressed an issue with the flue which needed to be secured to the wall more effectively.

Excellent service and they stand by their work! I had an emergency plumbing situation due to a leaking toilet and Goodman was able to respond quickly and professionally to solve the issue. They also made a return service visit for no charge to check a part that was covered under warranty. I plan to use them again in the near future for additional work and would recommend them to anyone.

I had gotten them once before and then when they came, they came with pleasantry, niceness. They didn't talk down to me, they explained things, what was needed, how they would do it. The whole thing was very pleasurable.

John came out to give an estimate for the rain drain to be dug up and replaced due to a severe clog. The drain cleaning company came out before John and could not unclog the drain. John went the extra mile and spent the time to unclog the drain. John has the experience and patience of a professional that was needed for the job. He also saved me a lot of money. Thank you, John! He and Kevin also did a great job of cleaning up.

I called Goodman and they told me they could get someone there in the next hour. Nick showed up within the hour and replaced the valve and advised me on a new toilet purchase. The experience was awesome. Couldn't have asked for more. Good price, great responsiveness and professional clean work. I would highly recommend Goodman and the price was definitely reasonable.

The service I received was great. Two men arrived on time and were very friendly. They assessed the problem and snaked the line from the trap on the sidewalk. They tested the sink before leaving. They were fast and professional and charged me $20 less than the estimate I received when I scheduled the appointment. No mess was made or left behind. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.
