Easy to schedule, on time, good prices. Roman was extremely helpful in uncovering a pretty big issue in our basement bathroom that saved us from a serious water problem. He also was able to address 2 other unrelated issues while here and left us quotes for a few future projects. We will definitely be calling to schedule those!

Nick from Goodman came out to take a look at a drainage problem I was having with our sump pump. He did a through job investigating the situation. In the end was able to provide a simple, cost free solution that I hadn't thought of. Nick was also professional and a pleasure to work with. If I have any needs in the future I will definitely call on Goodman Plumbing again.

Nick was the plumber who showed up at 5 pm on Sunday. He was absolutely fantastic. He even took a few minutes to teach me a little about what he was doing and why. 100% recommended . I’d hire him if I needed services again.

Hot water tank started leaking over the weekend . Called Goodman on Sunday and they were out first thing Monday morning . They were very professional ,there tech was punctual , informative and neat . He protected my floor from further water damage . Their pricing was very fair compared to other plumbing competetors . My wife & I have used Goodman Plumbing several times over the years. From replacing a water heater to remodeling our bathroom, Goodman Plumbing always exceeds our expectations. I called because I had used their services before for my home without issue. This time however, I called for a toilet leak for my investment property. They called minutes before they arrived to state there was a fee for coming out of $85. That was fine as I planned to have them do the work anyway, but when I was quoted $450 to replace the flange, I started having doubts as that seemed high to replace a $25 part. Plus he said the work couldn’t be done that day because he said he didn’t have the part. I was shocked because it’s a cheap, standard part that doesn’t take long to replace. I put him on hold while I spoke with my husband, who agreed that it was pricey and ridiculous that I’d have to re-schedule them to come replace a standard part. When I told the guy I wanted to check around to make sure I was getting a good deal, he became rude. He stated the plumbing work already in place for the tub/shower was questionable and I probably shouldn’t trust the plumber. Well since that’s the plumbing that was in place in 2010 when the house was purchased and I hadn’t had any issues with it in the 8 years since, it can’t be all that questionable. I’m not sure if he was trying to get over on me because I’m female but I’ll think twice before calling them again.

They did a great job with the work. They can improve communication with the customer, but the work itself was of good quality. Just keep the customer informed in advance of developments...

Estimator Roman called at 8:30 am to say he was on his way, however he did not show up at my front door until almost 10:00 am. I was immediately put off by his demeanor and standoffish attitude. When I brought him to the basement to assess the situation, I felt he was more interested in attacking me and my house than to looking for the problem and offering a solution. His first response was that I needed to dig a trench around the perimeter of my basement and install what amounted to a sump pump for $12,000. Was he for real? I had to press him for a more timely solution to the water coming up through my main basement drain. His only suggestion was to charge me $325 to clean the area drain with "no guarantee due to non compatible size of drain". What a bargain, right? Another two plumbing companies I contacted that day came right out and did a through analysis of the situation (snake drain, check curb trap, professionally consult me).. none of which I received from my Goodman service call. Unfortunately, we believe it is a crack in the main pipe which will be an expensive repair, but at least someone was interested enough to steer me in the right direction. To make matters worse, when I showed him my running toilet Roman claimed I needed a whole new parts kit which he was willing to install for $385. Thanks, but no thanks... a whole new toilet would cost less. I was surprised at his assessment because I just had Goodman fix that toilet in May of 2017 and some of the same parts should not have needed to be replaced so quickly which made me further question the work that had been done. As a final shock, Roman handed me the estimate and a card and went to abruptly leave almost seemingly disgusted that I wasted his time. He never even bothered to ask me if I wanted the work completed today. And after careful consideration, even if he did offer, the answer would be a resounding NO that day and moving forward in the future. I feel like two bad experiences out of 3 deserves this negative review. Sadly, I did have a positive experience the first time I had Goodman plumbers over to change my water heater and install an exhaust for my dryer, and I thought I had found myself a good plumber... I guess with Goodman it's all in the luck of the draw who you will be dealing with and the type of service you will get.

This is a follow up of my review posted on 8/7/2018. The owner of the company, Robert, hired a Mason to clean the stained bricks. Robert was very concerned about the quality of his work and was willing to do whatever was needed to correct the problem.

We’ve used Goodman several times recently. Nick H., Roman and Shawn have all provided exceptional service. Goodman is very responsive and I am grateful for their rapid emergency water leak assistance.

This is a revision to my other review after speaking with Robert Goodman the owner of Goodman Plumbing. He was very apologetic and worked with me to credit some money back to me since he never saw the revised work order for my repairs needed. Although I believe the price to replace a cartridge was pricey, I would hire them again as they were very responsive and worked with me after the work was done to ensure I was satisfied with the job overall. Quick work and no more leak and the new stopper and ring look great in the bathtub!

Called at 10:30 about a clogged exterior drain. Guys were out here before noon, and I didn't even ask for expedited service. Very professional, knew exactly what they were doing, and gave me tips on how to prevent from happening again. Provided a 30-day warranty incase blockage returns. Even mentioned that there was a coupon before I had the chance to bring it up myself. Highly recommend.

I used Goodman Plumbing to repair a major gas leak in my basement. This was a big job and they ended up needing to replace the entire gas pipe. The plumber, Roman, was very professional and helpful in dealing with this project, and he got it working again quickly.

The service and price at Goodman Plumbing is unbeatable. We needed a shower pan replacement about a month ago and after shopping around from 4 other different companies, Goodman offered the best price + warranty. They worked around my tenants scheduled and did an exceptional clean up (which was a huge plus)! Today, we had a small emergency and the plumber, Roman, came by in literally an hour's notice and fixed the problem right away. A HUGE plus was he took the time to inform me where the leak was originating from and why. Great company! Highly recommend!

Great experience. Goodman replaced my kitchen faucet and the next week returned to replace my old and rusting hot water heater. In both visits, the service and attention to detail was excellent, all work was explained to me and the price was more than fair. The tech even installed a carbon monoxide detector in the basement because "we're concerted with our customers' safety." I highly recommend Goodman and will definitely use them again.
