Description of Work: They installed a dishwasher and ice maker, cleared and drain and fixed a leak that had been going for years. |The guys were friendly and professional, clean, prompt and good at their job!

Description of Work: We had the Basement flooded, because our Drain was Clogged, Tim the Drain Specialist came in within 2hours, helped us, with the Water, and snaked the drain inside and outside out, it was pouring Rain and he still made sure that we were okay.One week later, it did it again, we had 30 days guarantee on it and Tim came out again and did the same, this time it came from the Neighbors Street Drain, he helped us again, he was awesome, friendly , professional, and especially, I liked that they responded fast...will be using them in the future.

Description of Work: They were ahead of schedule, but called in advance to let me know they were on their way. Immediately got to work unclogging my drain at the bottom of my utility tub from all the lint. Only complaint is they didn't mop up all the water when they left. Otherwise, great job.

Description of Work: Repaired drain from an upstairs bathroom that was leaking. The plumbers were very punctual and thorough. They didn't rush through the job

Description of Work: Installed a water back up system to the sump pump. Dwain gave me the estimate and explained everything. I had other estimates but didn't feel the honesty or knowledge that I got from Goodman. George did the job. He showed up on time, very neat and answered all questions. He checked everything around our existing sump pump and made corrections. Very professional. On top of doing a great job, they are very nice people that I felt completely comfortable with.

Description of Work: I felt they were too expensive in replacing our sump pumps and backup pumps. But more than that, they totally lacked a sense of professionalism. They complained if they had to make a service call because a piece of the equipment they installed was not operating properly. Calling the boss at their office was no better. They simply were not nice or fair people to deal with.

Description of Work: Dug up patio to extract old rusted cast iron pipe emptying into my basement. Then sealed hole in basement wall and refilled hole in patio.

Description of Work: Dwain from Goodman Plumbing was polite,ontime and very honest. He said after he removed a part of the ceiling the leak on my ceiling was from a water line. I explained I had insurance coverage for that and he did not charge me for the visit and advised me to call my insurance carrier.
