Description of Work: Arrived on time, assessed the problem and got it fixed right. I especially appreciated that he answered all my questions and showed me what he was doing while he was doing it and explained why.

The representative showed up on time, assessed the service and quoted the hot water heater plus installation. Goodman's crew was able to install the water heater on the same day! Excellent service and friendly staff.

This was a simple reinstall using all existing parts (the fixtures were removed to allow a vinyl floor installation). I found this price to be unreasonable, and the plumber agreed to allow rebate the $49 certificate cost. There has been no action on this.

Description of Work: Installed water heater and cleared clogged drains. They came out twice, first to unclog my kitchen sink and a second time to install a new water heater. The service men were professional and did a great job. In total there were six people who o worked with and all provided great, consistent service.

Description of Work: We came home from our two week holiday break to find water leaking from the ceiling in our guest bedroom. Friday, January 2nd. It was a bad situation. Our master bathroom, directly above the guest bedroom was the obvious source, but it had not been used in two weeks. I selected Goodman Plumbing from Angie's List and made my emergency call. I spoke to Mr.Goodman who listened to my description and told me to check the supply line to the toilet and turn it off. Plumbers arrived within the hour to fix evaluate the situation and ultimately fix the supply line. They tested everything. Just as important, Goodman recommended a water remediation and restoration company, Royal, who was at my house within 30 minutes to help contain the damage to the guest room and start the restoration (pull down drywall, pull up the rug, use fans and dehumidifiers to dry out three rooms, etc.) Goodman was top-notch -- I have already recommended them to friends and neighbors.

Description of Work: Unclogged the disposal drain-shouldn't have put butternut squash peelings in! They came in only a couple hours! Great service-efficient, courteous, pleasant young man.

Description of Work: Goodman Plumbing responded quickly and installed a new water heater. Stan, the lead guy on the install explained everything well, including my options for a new heater. No problems at all. I will definitely give them a call the next time I need plumbing or HVAC work done.

Description of Work: The job was professionally done but the price was extraordinarily high for the work that was done. They charged $425 to disonnect a dishwasher and remove a garbage disposal and replace it with more piping. Unless the pipes were made of gold the price was way too high. We could have gotten the same work done more price effectively.

Description of Work: Upon moving into my new home, I discovered that there was some blockage between the house and the sewer at the street. Goodman was prompt to schedule a time to come out, and was friendly, educated, punctual and efficient. They explained the process they were going to approach, gave advice on how to correctly perform maintenance in the future, and most importantly - solved the issue for a very reasonable rate.

Assessed job and gave me an estimate. I asked to have the work done and it was done on the spot. The two man team worked quickly and left no mess. Explanation of what was done. Very professional. We are very happy to add them to our list of contractors and will call again.
