Roman Boretsky was a saint! He did excellent work! He showed up willing and able to fix all of the problems we uncovered in our old and beautiful home! Tankless Water Heater (10 yrs old) died on us and we were without hot water for over a week. Not fun during the winter months. We contacted several big box companies whose main (rather 'only') goal was to rip us off with quotes ranging from 5k - 7k and bad product recommendations. Goodman Plumbing is a whole different ball game. Very committed team of professionals. They came in on a Sunday to inspect and provided a quote that evening and the installed it within a day!! What more can you ask for? The post inspection discussion was short, to the point and very transparent. The work was done very professionally - they REALLY KNOW what they are doing. Left the house very clean after the work was completed. Would definitely definitely recommend Goodman for your plumbing and HVAC needs. Thanks Stan and team!!

Did not try to find the cause of the problem and came up with a very expensive repair ($3600) proposal which was not needed. The pipe was cleared with a snake and cost $150.

water heater installed, problem found which water company had to fix, now waiting for plumber to complete other jobs (indoor water main shutoff valve, and new faucets). When scheduling the return appointment, I had a hard time with the person who answered the phone being busy, saying she would return my call, an didn't, so I called again and she had forgotten who I was. The plumbers (George) was excellent).

The work was done by Roman Boretsky, who was extremely helpful and arrived promptly to install a new boiler in a duplex building. He worked very efficiently and got everything done with the minimum of mess. When the second elderly boiler servicing the other half of the duplex broke down recently he responded to the emergency by arriving within 24 hours to recommend what to do; he then worked with his office to make sure we got the speediest possible service to restore heat by installing the second boiler. I feel he was really thoughtful in making special arrangements to get the work done quickly and for a reasonable cost. I commend him highly.

I had a leaking hot water heater that I needed replaced immediately and after searching online I called Goodman. I spoke to someone yesterday and was told to expect a service person between 8 AM-12 PM. I received a call from Nick about 8:30 AM and he said he'd be there in about half an hour. He arrived as planned and couldn't have been nicer. He was both professional and personable and had the old water heater out and the new one installed within a couple of hours. I figured I would have to contact a city office to pick up the old water heater but it was taken away by Nick...awesome. I was more then satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Goodman Plumbing to my family and friends. Thanks.

I called 8pm at night with a leaky water heater and Nick from Goodman was at my house at 7:45am the next day. He was professional, neat, and got it installed in no time. I hope he is able to do all my plumbing needs. They should all be as good as he was. I would definitely use Goodman again.

I called at 7am, had prompt service by 10am! I wasn’t there, but mother-in-law said they were polite, explained everything, and were very professional. A tree root had grow into the line. I used the coupon from Angie’s List. Make sure to tip, when you get such good service.

It is great to have Goodman Plumbing in the neighborhood. Over the past few months we have had several occasions to appreciate their professionalism. Today's issue was speedily and professionally resolved by Roman Boretsky. Previously Goodman had fixed an external faucet, replaced a sink in the kitchen, replaced the water heater, fixed the connection from the water meter to the street. All occurrences were performed in a timely manner.

So far, so good. I'm happy because I don't have to empty a drip pan or listen to the toilet sing each time it is flushed. And the pipe in the basement I thought I would have to have replaced, Jim determined that the valve only needed to be tightened. I was quoted the price of my service after he made the assessment of the needed services, and I was given the opportunity to decide whether or not to have it done. I even received a discount for being an Angie's list member. He cleaned up after the job was done. It was a very stress free service call and I wouldn't hesitate to enlist their services again.

He replaced a broken part and ensured the leak stopped.

Got an unexpected call at 7:30a that plumber was on his way (wasn't expected him until the next day). He showed up within a half hour, determined the problem, gave good & fair price, and job was completed within half an hour. Plumber was professional and friendly. Would definitely hire Goodman again and will certainly recommend to family & friends.

Another contractor had recently screwed up in replacing some of the old plumbing in my house in South Philly. In addition to generally shoddy work, there were leaks from several of the new PVC pipe connections. Nick from Goodman Plumbing confirmed a lot of my suspicions about what exactly was done wrong. He came out and explained everything that looked off as well as what changes needed to happen and why. When he noticed an upstairs toilet was running a little bit, he even ran to his truck to get a flapper and fix it. Goodman Plumbing hasn't gone through with the bigger repairs yet, but I'm confident that the job will finally get done the right way.

These guys did a phenomenal job. On time and very reasonably priced. Will definitely hire again for a future project.
