Description of Work: leaking pipe in shower had to be replaced all tiles had to be replaced.the entire bottom of the shower had tobe replaced. They were able to match all tiles and that wallpaper needed to be relaced.It took them 1 day to replace the tiles.

Description of Work: Changed the faucet (which I purchased). Fixed the leak on the basement sink by replacing the pipe leading from the faucet. He wanted $285 just to change the kitchen faucet but gave me a $25 discount because I am an Angie's list member. Then the additional $100 to fix the basement leak. Too pricey for a recommendation or repeat service.

Description of Work: Replaced an underground sewer pipe in basement out to the curb trap. They cut and removed cement in the basement and sidewalk and dug a trench to remove the old pipe and replaced it with new pipe. They were careful to only dig up as much as necessary and were conscientious about cleaning up after themselves. They were very responsive and professional and I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I thought a pipe under my bathroom floor was leaking, as evidenced by water damage to my living room ceiling. The plumber suggested it was water splashing onto the floor from inside the bathtub. He was very professional, very nice and very respectable, even though I thought he might be wrong.

Description of Work: We discovered a flooded basement on Friday night just before dinner guests were arriving. At 5 AM on Sat. morning, I called Goodman's Plumbing and was very surprised to get an actual person on the phone. I was delighted that they had someone at our house by 8:30 AM. Unfortunately, although their men tried to clear the clog in our sewer line from the basement, they were unable to do so. To be fair to them, at that time, we did not know where the outdoor sewer drain opening was so they could not try that route. However, the guys left and said that their boss would call us back shortly. When he did, he said that he would not be able to get someone out until Monday!! With a totally blocked sewer line that would have meant moving out of our house for the weekend since any water we would use would have ended up on our basement floor. Not a satisfactory plan! These guys did not come equipped with cameras that can be threaded through the drain to locate a blockage, which the second company we called routinely has on their trucks. I would not use this company for drain clearing in the future.
