Description of Work: Maurice did a service call on a Wednesday morning to check on low water pressure in the house and he was able to quickly diagnose that there was a broken water line leading from the street into the house. Even though Maurice advised that it may take awhile to get city permits to do the work, it was less than a week later that the Goodman servicemen were able to start working on the broken water line. They arrived promptly the following Monday morning and worked continuously throughout the day to get the job done right. John was the lead serviceman and he was very professional throughout the process and kept me fully informed as they went along. Even when they ran into adversity due to the tangled mess of water lines in the city streets, John worked effectively with his supervisors (via phone), the city water department, and the city inspector to pinpoint the right water line and then replace the broken line coming into the house. In addition, when I asked them to also replace an older water line inside the house, John not only replaced the bent water line, but also placed new valves on both sides of the water meter for better control of the water inside the house. During final inspection, when I noticed that the sink that my washer drains into was now out of alignment from the drain into the basement floor, John didn't hesitate to replace the sink drain and piping to make sure there would be no leaks when I turned my washer back on. |When they completed the work, the work area in the house was swept up and left in a very clean order as was the street and sidewalk where the outside work was done.

Description of Work: Called to have a drain pipe branch unclogged (from kitchen sink to main line). The service man met the appointment as scheduled, and performed the service as requested. The drain clean-out service came with a 60 day guarantee. I had the same issue after a few weeks. The service man came out again and took care of the issue. I plan to use this contractor for any future needs.

Description of Work: Remove and replace damaged tub faucet. It was leaking nd jambed in place. I called and they were quick to respond and had the job done quickly. Although it was just a fauceet it was a tough job and he worked clean without damagng the wall. I have used them many times for a bathroom remodel, water heater, and drain service. Thay have always beel good. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: I had a clogged drain (completely standing water). I called at 9am. They were in the house by noon and fixed the clog the same day.

Description of Work: The plumber fixed damage from the work done by a previous "handyman." This included the replacement of faucets, for which he supplied a array of choices at a good price. The work was done promptly and professionally.

Description of Work: The water in my tub was running out slowly. They cleaned and replaced the overflow plate, tested to make sure the water was running out properly. The next issue was the stopper in my bathroom sink, it was not working. I had a friend install a new faucet but they did not complete the job. Goodman installed the popup assembly under the sink. It works perfectly. I was greatly pleased with the work that was done. They left the bathroom in perfect order.

Description of Work: Installed a kitchen faucet. They were prompt, efficient and professional. There was a problem, and they came back and fixed it at no additional cost.

Description of Work: Replacement of leaking 50 gal natural gas water heater with similar - removal of old heater. Replaced old water and gas shutoffs. | |With guests on their way, our water heater sprung a leak on Friday afternoon. I called Goodman at 4pm on Friday afternoon and the new heater was in place and working by 11am Saturday morning. | |I was immediately able to speak to someone when I called. They looked up the old heater's model number so that they could quote for the correct replacement. Installers were punctual, pleasant, and did good quality work. They even happily fielded questions from my six year old.

Description of Work: leaky toilets when flushed. removed both toilets and replaced wax ring. I have had many plumbing jobs performed by this company and have been satisfied with all of them.

Description of Work: Replaced the basement sink and pipes connected to the sink/ faucet. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up the area very nicely. Did not expect the guys to clean up so well after all the work. We never had a company clean up so well after any other repairs. They were very nice and polite, also not a common experience from past jobs done in our home.
