Description of Work: They replaced the crushed sewer pipe that was causing the problem with our sewer backing up and overflowing. The services were wonderful. Most of the delay occurred due to permits that were required from the township (and the issue occurred over a weekend, causing further delay). The plumbing services were excellent! We would use their services again without hesitation.

Description of Work: We had a sewer backflow issue that needed resolved. The first issue was to unclog the main line to the sewer system and the second was to cap off the dormant system that the sewage was backflowing into. The dormat system was old cast iron that had been shut off when the home was remodeled in 2006. What was not done during the remodel was to cap off the old system and was still joined to the new system at the exit point of the house to the main sewer system. So when the main line got clogged everything backflowed into the rusted and corroded old system and leaked into the basement. The team did a great job in correcting the issues and were very responsive to what needed to be done.

Description of Work: I called the service provider on a Saturday for a backed up Sewer line. They were able to give me a quote over the phone and an appointment within an hour. Since it was a Saturday, they were charging a 100% premium for a Saturday appointment, so I elected for a Monday appointment, which was quoted at $165, less a $25 Angie's list discount. The price when the plumber arrived was as quoted, and the Angie's list coupon was honored. The service provider was nice and performed the work as expected.

Description of Work: Had to get emergency RotoRooter service done on a Sunday. They came right out within an hour. Second time I have used them, both times very prompt service and got the job done right both times.

Description of Work: I called them because the water heater in my house in Philadelphia broke and I was in New York. I am handicapped and to run to Philadelphia to handle this problem would be almost impossible. They promptly went to the house and replaced the water heater and charged my credit card. I have used them several times and they have always been prompt, nice and responsive to my situation

Description of Work: Replaced indoor to outdoor water supply valve, and replaced outside frost free water connection. Initial little leak on the outside connection and they came out on a Saturday to inspect. Double checked all connections and the leak had stopped. Very responsive.
