Description of Work: Replaced electric water heater. Replaced leaking kitchen faucet. Replaced 3 leaking shut-off valves in basement. Replaced leaking shower stall drain. Ran new water line for ice maker. | |All of this was done in one day. Everyone I spoke to including the person who scheduled the appointment and the two plumbers who came to my house was polite and helpful. The quality of the work is excellent.

Description of Work: They tried to charge me excessive money for work I had to go to license and inspection for they to tell me that they were over charging me and that they were suppose to have a permit for the work when I contacted Angie List they said there was nothing they could do I have three year paid subscription with you guys from now on I will do my own look for contractors a job that should have costed me no more then 800.00 cost 1,275 I was advised to contact my credit card and stop payment because they are in the business of robbing unspected customers and all Robert Goodman could tell me is that he has a A rating with Angie List these are the people you recommend to your customer. Thanks but no thanks

Description of Work: Great service. Came the same day we called, which we didn't expect.

Description of Work: Replaced a water heater. It actually took a total of 7 visits to get it right! Initial response was good, but things went downhill from there. Then three months later the water heater was leaking, and a pressure valve and an expansion tank had to be added. When asked why the last heater never required an expansion tank, the response was that the new heaters are less flexible to handle the pressure. This all could have been handled with the initial replacement. Bill was finally the one who figured out the problem with the leak, as the pressures were very high. The prior person who came stated the pressures were normal and couldn't figure it out. There is definitely a need for continuity in training, scheduling and communication. The first time around the plumber never showed, and the owner did call to apologize. Unfortunately, there were lots of issues, and appears to be not enough oversight for a growing business with a large territory.

Description of Work: They unclogged the sewer main. They were very professional and timely.

Description of Work: they fixed a collapsed sanitary pipe coming from the basement of my house to the street. They got the proper permit and did an excellent job of explaining to me what they are doing and how they are doing it. Their workmanship is great and always call me back if I ever have problems

Description of Work: The serviceman checked the water feed to the refrigerator and moved the appliance to see if the problem was in the line. It was not and the icemaker was at fault. They do not repair appliances and suggested I find a refrigerator repairman. He did not charge me for his time as I was a previous customer. I was pleasantly surprised.

Description of Work: Replaced my old hot water heater after it stopped working earlier that week. I called and spoke with Robert directly and he got someone out there the same day. They were professional and courteous. I will definitely use them again and recommend them without hesitation

Description of Work: They upgrade sump pump system and water supply to appliances. The plumber was excellent. The back office was a bit disconnected and MIS-scheduled the followup date for on site service.

Description of Work: I needed two running toilets fixed and they were able to do so within an hour.

Description of Work: Can't get the same plumber two times in a row. Cost approx $700 to fix a toilet. We could have bought and installed a new toilet for that price. The repair was rather simple, the plumber was incompetent. We'll never use Goodman again

Description of Work: I had a blockage in my main sewer line. They were quick, thorough, and did not leave a mess. Can't really ask for a better experience.
