Description of Work: Responded promptly to service request sent through their website. Scheduled a next day appointment. Called to give me a time frame. Called to give me 30-45 minute notice they were on the way. Spent a long time trying to find a leak. Were polite and thorough. Even threw out a dead mouse they found when looking for the leak under the dishwasher!

Description of Work: A joint clamp on a piper from my water heater broke causing a leak in my basement. By the time I discovered it, a quarter of the basement had water in it. I called Goodman based on Angie's List recs. They showed up within hours to turn off the water. Then came back the next morning to fix the problem. They were great. Would definitely use again.
