We call and in most cases they are her to service our current problem the very next day. I think they are out of business
Description of Work: Requested an estimate for replacement of Gas direct vent water heater in Fall. They wanted serial # and model from existing unit. Provided this in December and January via Angies list and their website. No response. I think they may be out of business.

Hi [Member Name Removed]. I'm sorry for any inconvenience but I spoke to you two times. Once when I asked for the model and serial numbers. And a few days later you called and gave the information to my night secretary. I called you back and gave you the price. Our office is open daily from 6am to 9pm Monday through Friday and 6am to 4pm on Saturday. All other times we have 24 hour response including Sunday. If you weren't sure you got your quote you could have called again. I hope you give us a opportunity to service your plumbing needs. Thank you Robert.
