Leaking Hot Water Heater
Description of Work: This was the second time I contacted Goodman. When I messaged them on Sunday and they called me back, they told me they could send someone out between 10 AM and 2 PM the next day but I would be called before hand. I originally thought the water was coming from my hot water heater. I was contacted at 7 AM Monday morning by neck. He showed up within a half an hour. He was very pleasant and courteous. After checking things out he told me that it wasn’t my water heater. He explain to me what the problem was and would probably have to call in another crew to fix. He then stated he wanted to try something to see if it worked. He was able to unclog the pipe and stop the water from leaking. He managed to save me another service call. I was extremely satisfied with this service call and would definitely hire this company again.

We had a scheduled appointment for a broken main valve in the basement located before the water meter. Nick H arrived and looked over the job. He gave a free estimate to shut water at the curb with a key. Disconnect water meter and meter couplings . Remove existing broken main valve. Supply and install new new 3/4 ball valve and reinstall meter and meter couplings. The customer accepted the free estimate and Nick performed the necessary repairs. We always give upfront pricing. Every time that I have them come in for an estimate, it is LITERALLY three times as expensive as any other plumber I compare them to. I had a plumber come do some work for about $1800.00 , and Goodman had given the same job an estimate for $4200.00.

He showed up, on time, when other plumbers that were called, wouldn't even come to Levittown. We had no idea of the extent of the problem, and yet he was very professional and considerate.
