They were 20 percent less than the next bidder and half the high bidder. No job goes perfect and these guys showed what a company should do when that happens. The heater unit that came directly from the supplier looked like it had been dropped. Anyone else would have tried to install it. They didn't bs me and said they were going to have to put the install off one day and get a new unit. I was there to confirm the unit was on site being sent back. They installed exactly the way I wanted. During the estimate stage they talked me out of upgrades that I did not need and months into the system now I can say for sure they were right. The install was done on Friday at 4 pm. I was there system running looking good. Picked up my son from daycare and showed him our new furnace on what was going to be a cold weekend when we found one of the sweated connections was leaking. No way they are coming back on Friday at 5 pm but yes they came back and fixed it no question no hesitation. I know they should but who does that? You could argue it should go perfect but I manage construction projects and that just doesn't happen the true measure is how a company responds when things don't go perfect. Obviously every team is different within a company but I wouldn't hire anyone else ever again.

I sent an email to them via Angieslist and received a call from Stan within 2 hours. He was not able to come see the problem that day but called me back and let me know. Had an appointment between 1-4pm the next day. Jim came by 2:30 pm, determined that it was a clogged main drain and called his office to send another plumber to bring the equipment for that . Within a couple of minutes they came and fixed the problem. They're very professional. One could tell they have been doing this for a long time. I like that they don't waste your time and keep the customer informed.

I had to call Goodman on Sunday after a job I was doing went awry and we were stuck without water. They were incredibly professional, were upfront that it would take several hours for them to arrive but reassured me that they'd get the job done. When they arrived they were pleasant and quickly fixed the problem. They discovered some other issues and I plan to have them back to do some more repair work.

My family owns a commercial building in the city with a restaurant as a tenant. A couple of days before Christmas, we noticed that the sewer pipe had backed up and approximately a foot of sewage had spilled into our basement. I called Goodman Plumbing based on the recommendations of others on Angie's List and I was not disappointed. Duane and John, from Goodman, called the next morning, said they would be at the building at 9:30am and arrived as promised. They were very pleasant and spent the next couple of hours with a motorized snake cleaning out our 4" sewer pipe, which was clogged by grease buildup from the restaurant. After unclogging the pipe, they ran the sump pump to empty the basement, and then followed up by putting a fiber optic camera through the pipe to show me that the clog was gone. They also gave me a quote to replace a section of the sewer pipe that had become corroded and cracked. They came back a few days later and completed the work as expected. All-in-all a very positive experience...at least as positive as sewer water in the basement and a broken sewer pipe can be. I would definitely recommend Goodman Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work done and would use them again in a heartbeat if I need plumbing work done to the building.

I very much liked their service. The price initially was $225 but there was a coupon from Angie's List. Even though the coupon was out of date he honored it anyway which I really appreciated. His responsiveness and punctuality was excellent. I just highly recommend him and his staff are very professional. His rates seem reasonable.

I had a clog in the main sewage drain. Goodman Plumbing was the only plumbers that I could schedule a service appointment on my first call, without having to wait for a technician to return my call. I was given a window for the next day of between 8-12 for my service, and I let the scheduler know I would prefer an earlier time, and she would leave that in her notes. I received a call the next morning at 8AM from Mike, the technician, stating he was on his way. He showed up and promptly diagnosed the problem and was quick to fix the clog in the main drain, answering all my questions. It turned out to be a simple, minor clog, which he cleared very easily and applied a company coupon for a $25 discount, which I was unaware of. I will definitely call them in the future with any of my plumbing needs.

This was the first time I used Goodman Plumbing. They were on time and fixed the issue very quickly. . I am very happy with the work that was done. I will be scheduling Goodman to come back and replace my garbage disposal next month. Very happy with this company!

Called back immediately, called partner for snake, came within hours on holiday weekend and fixed my sewer line quickly. They were professional courteous, and I am a happy customer.

Had an early evening emergency with our kitchen drain trap leaking under the sink. Called Goodman and they picked up the phone right away. I told them I really wanted to get this fixed tonight if at all possible and they were able to send someone within the hour. Serviceman Patrick was wonderful - he quickly diagnosed the problem which was a hole in the drain trap. He had a new drain trap in the truck and went right to work and replaced it in about twenty minutes. He checked to make sure there were no other issues with leaking in the rest of the pipes. He also let me know I needed to watch out for the garbage disposal which was sounding a little iffy - when that goes or starts causing a problem, I'll definitely be calling the company back to assist. I also received the company's Angie's List discount, which really helped me with this unexpected charge.

The technician showed op on time and quickly analyzed the problem.

Mack came out to perform the service and he was professional. personable, and courteous. He gave me an estimate that I thought was quite reasonable and and he even reminded me of the coupon that Angie's list offered for the service. Before performing the service he informed me that an odor would occur so that I could open the doors and windows and would not be alarmed. He performed the service quickly and competently. I would not hesitate to recommend Goodman's plumbing to my family and friends and I will definitely use them for our families' future plumbing needs.

The original price was $565 and I gave the Angie's List coupon that was worth $50. I liked them a lot because they came when they said that they were going to come. They did quite a lot of plumbing. They did it methodically and they it did well. It has sustained itself and I have not had any more plumbing problems. They were excellent. I have not had enough plumbing experiences but I thought that their price was all right as they did a lot of plumbing. The quality of the work was fine. They were responsive. I would certainly use them again in the future.

Sent out Stu for estimate on Friday. He provided estimate and we were set up for the work early the next week. The plumber handled the drains first, and then replaced the fixtures upstairs. He needed to have a tile person come in later that week. Then the garbage disposal got fixed. Work was done quickly and efficiently. And my husband learned a few tips for later upkeep and maintenance. The tiler came by later and did the tile within another hour or so. All of my interactions with Goodman's plumbers, estimators and tilers were helpful and friendly.

They were very good and professional. They had an honest price and he individual who came out was a very hard worker.

They were very courteous and did a good job. They had to get into a crawl space. Other plumbers wouldn't do the work and others quoted a very high price. It didn't seem like a problem for Goodman Plumbing.

They would not do anything without an estimate first. He was very helpful with his suggestions. They were very accommodating and thought outside the box. I did not feel like they were pushy with sales or anything. He really knew what he was doing.

After discussing available appointment times I chose someone to come out on Sat and was told that someone would be onsite between the hours of 12pm-4pm EST. At 4:30pm I gave up waiting around and the plummer was a No show, No call... What a waste of time

in a coincidence, a few days after they repaired the main bathroom toilet and sink plunger, I found the powder room in the basement flooded. I called Goodman on that Sunday, and although we had to wait until they were done with other customers, they came and closed a leaking valve. They also recommended a new toilet, as this one, though barely used, was very old. They vacuumed up all the water and thankfully, nothing was damaged. They returned on Tuesday, June 28 and did all the repair work. They have yet to come to cement the sidewalk by the curb, but yellow caution tape was put up and it's not in the way of anything. Matt did an awesome job in the powder room. I don't need a rug or new tile around the base of the new toilet. Goodman's whole staff is excellent. We had Matt twice and he's *The Man* Great job. Great company. Worth every penny.

I called Goodman and they came on the scheduled date I asked for. They examined the bathroom and advised us that the toilet was so old, it was best o get a new one. We agreed, because we had it fixed prior, by another plumber, but it would start to run again within the week. Goodman had to order the popup brass assembly, but that was OK. The Goodman team was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything in terms we could understand. They cleaned up after themselves, as well as our bathroom and we could hardly tell they were there.
