+ -1 moreHenry did a great job. It wasn't a very large project, but he and his crew worked efficiently and for a very fair price. He's also a very nice guy. We love our floor.

+ -1 moreFirst, he came out to look at the floors and give us a price. We scheduled a time for him to come back. He came out with his crew. He was done within two days as promised. They were very neat, orderly, and clean. It was a great experience. The second day of the job, he was late but otherwise on time.
Description of Work: We had our floors refinished. We had the dining room, living room, breezeway, steps, and upstairs hallway done.

+ -1 moreHENRY, THE OWNER, WAS ON THE JOB EVERY DAY. HE WAS VERY CONCERNED ABOUT MEETING OUR EXPECTATIONS FOR THE FLOOR. HIS PRICES WERE ABOUT MID-RANGE OF ALL THE ESTIMATES WE GOT, BUT WE FEEL CONFIDENT THAT HE DID AN ABOVE-AVERAGE JOB WITH LOTS OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL. THEY CAME TO THE ESTIMATE WITH LOTS OF PICTURES OF PAST JOBS AND SPENT A LONG TIME LOOKING AT THE FLOORS AND DESCRIBING WHAT HE WOULD DO. I WAS VERY SURE WE WOULD BE HAPPY WITH WHAT HE WOULD DO TO OUR FLOORS AND HE WAS WILLING TO GUARANTEE HIS WORK. WE'RE VERY HAPPY WITH HIS WORK. EXCELLENT JOB. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS A BIT OF A LANGUAGE BARRIER, BUT IT DIDN'T INHIBIT COMMUNICATION ABOUT THE FLOORS.
Description of Work: REFINISHED OAK FLOORS WITH CHERRY INLAY AND PINE FLOORS, BOTH HAD PREVIOUSLY HAD CARPET OVER THEM AND SOME WATER AND WEAR DAMAGE. SANDED ALL OLD FINISH OFF, REPLACED VERY DAMAGED WOOD SLATS, APPLIED HIGH-GLOSS FINISH AND ALL NEW QUARTER ROUND.
