 + 0 moreHello. About a month ago I ordered a dumster from Global Waste Management! The order was taken pretty quick! Employment,customer service and driver was really nice! Im located in Media, PA! Its about 30 miles away from them! They still delivered dumpster really fast and right on time, and the day i wanted. They have really cheap prices and good offers! Even in Media, they still beat the prices from everybody else in PA! Its the cheapest,bestest Dumster Compony, i've ever heard,meet and deal with! No negative, no problems! Only POSITIVE. Out of 10 scale i will give them 10! A+ for the work they do!

 + -1 moreOverall I'm not satisfied with there service , customer service was root and mean . This company web site inform that they delivered containers free of charge from Philadelphia to few countys ( Bucks county is the oneI need service) once i request container to Bucks County they ask for delivery fee of 50.00 I did need this container for late morning of that day , they say that this will be no problem if 50.00 will be added. They come late for about 3 to 4 hours . In addition they charge me for more then the trashin the container As a solution to the issue office manager inform me that there attorney will take me to court I I write a review or post complaint about there poor business practices
Description of Work: I did place order for roll of container on March 4, 2011. Delivery was promise for late morning, actual delivery time was way in the afternoon. During follow-up calls personel that answer the call was not to pleasant. At the delivery we did give check for 490.00 that includ 3 tons of trash, according to the agreement anything over this limit will be charge 80.00 per ton. almost two weeks after the container was pick-up they charge my card for additional 520.00 which was a shok to me after few phone calls I was inform that this container waite 9.53 tons which I dont believe, there manager did e-mail me pictuers with container showing 20 yrd can fill 3/4 of the way which is just proof that there was not 9.53 tons in it. I'm still waiting for paper work as I should receved before charge to my card. Just a moment ago office manager from this company was saying that thay there attorney will take me to court if I write review about there poor service

 + -1 moreThe dumpsters were supplied for dirt only at a fixed price with no weight limit. Two days after one was removed I was told that the I needed to pay an extra $1,170 because roots and small stones are not allowed in a "dirt only" dumpster. Neither are leaves or twigs. The only options I was given was pay or go to court - and I would have to pay their court costs as well. AND - they would ruin my credit rating. If you think you can fill a dumpster without including any roots, stones, leaves or twigs go ahead and use this firm. Otherwise avoid at all costs because they are inflexible bullies. I fear I was not the first amateur who was caught in their trap make sure they don't get you.
