Description of Work: Remove / Replace low pitch Roof on Philadelphia row house. Tear off 7 old roofs. Replace rotted planking with double 3/4" plywood. Apply surfacing board. Apply double lapped, "melt-down" roof including specialized ice/weathershield roofing material where ice water collects at drainage end of roof. Flashed all around. Seal. Two post inspect install walk-by's for damage at roof replacement was part of larger project. This company is run by Ed Shinn, who is nearing retirement. He is a commercial roofer who does large buildings and we were lucky to get him. Very nice man. Positive outlook. Can-do. Experienced. Gem of a person. Always smiling. We sleep well at night knowing our roof was put on by Ed Shinn.

He Excellent, reliable first class first rate if you want the best roofing Ed Schinn, owner.
Description of Work: On a house that was built in 1820 He unclogged ice, reattached a pole drain/gutter he knew what to do. Also a small roof repair. Emergency before storm.
