I am extremely satisfied with the work Frymar Construction Inc. did at our home. Efraim was very professional and prompt. He explained the process from the beginning to the end showing me the exact areas needing treatment once they were exposed and the leak that caused the mold. The leak was also repaired. The walls were replaced and everything was spotless when they left. I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I would highly recommend. They were timely, professional, kept in touch via e-mail, extensively discussed issues I needed to consider for the area and future ways of preventing a recurrence of mold. The work was meticulous.

We feel that they were knowledgeable and did a very good job. We had only the area of the attic that had mold - not the whole attic done.

Ephriam was very professional and knowledgable. He performed a thorough inspection of my basement. Since he did not find any evidence of a serious mold problem, he recommended that I not waste any money on remediation. He recommended steps I could take (dehumidifier) to reduce the chances of mold forming. I appreciate his honesty and the fact that he took the time to answer my questions and ease my mind, even after it was clear that I didn't need remediation.

The work Frymar did was direct, to the point and fast. They identified the issue and fixed it. No playing games. If you are looking for the neatest / cleanest contractor in town, its not them, but cleaning up some dust and dirt did not bother me one bit. Pricing was honest with no hidden charges.
