Eric was very thorough in advising me what was going to be done and that all precautions were going to be taken. He assured us that they will not leave the job unless cleared by the Company who tested the air and the air quality was great no issues. Great Job to Eric and his team!!

They were excellent in explaining everything that needed to be done with all the professionals that had to be involved from the beginning to the end, took about half a day. The state came in after them to insulate the house once the asbestos was removed. All went smoothly! Thank you!!! Highly recommend!

Efraim was great to work with and had very good communication throughout the project. His responses to questions were detailed and timely. Only reason I'm not doing a full 5 stars is due to price, although the quality of their work was good. Also, his guys accidentally took a tool from my house but he personally apologized and brought it back to my house as soon as he could.

Guys were great to work with and held to the EPA standards even though it was a small job.

According to their contract they was suppose to : Scrub the walls and floor once removed with an E.P.A. approved biocide (shockwave) and hepa vac. Clean the entire bathroom and hepa vac. After they had left,I checked the bathroom the the top of the tiles around the bathroom wall was filthy, I took pictures and sent them to the owner, also the floor was only cleaned were they had removed the vanity. The owner came back an went thru the motion of cleaning. VERY disappointed

Frymar Construction has very courteous employees. I was quoted a price as well as a time in which the team would come to do the work. They were on time. The work was completed in a timely manner. I received information on the job and what would be done. I would gladdly recommend Frymar Construction to others as well as have them back to do more work for me.
