They were able to abate asbestos tile throughout most of our first floor in a matter of hours, when two other places anticpated it taking two days. Their cost was less, too. This project was to remove 540 sqft of vinyl tile from the lower level of a house I just purchased. The tile was located in the family room, den, utility room, utility hallway, and powder room. Called Frymar Construction and they came out the same day to give me a quote. We set a date to have the work done. They were on time, 7am on the dot. Went right to work. Great down to earth people to talk with. By noon the house was tested and cleared. Had to wait 24hrs for the floor sealant to dry. Overall great job. Now my lower level is asbestos free and sealed for new flooring. I've already recommended them to do a family members house as well. You can see images of the before and after at this link: https://imgur.com/a/dNGlD10 The only con I have is that in the process of moving the dryer, they broke the vent elbow, $5 or $6 to replace so not a big deal.

Done at time expected. But original statement did not match actual job. Results were perfectly acceptable, but not what I originally expected. Which was the reason I chose him in the first place.

The salesperson was clear on all of the things that would be done. Knowledgeable of the industry. However, the promises were not completely ralized. Firtstly, the promised wet wall wash upon completion was not done. A subsequent email requesting that it be done was ignored. Secondly, in moving furniture as promised the dining room table leg, piano leg, were broken. The breakfront was also daged in the moving of tghe furniture. I have sevral other rooms that when refloored; however, I would in no way use this company. I am somewhat disappointed with HomeAdvisors vetting and the faact that I saw only positive recommendation for this company.
