Efraim and his team did an excellent job dealing with my mold issue. Unlike the other firms I spoke with Efraim had a solution to the cause of the mold, the water penetration into the basement, not just removal of the mold. He explained exactly how he was going to treat the issue and deal with the mold. His team was on time, efficient and very personable. And price wise, he was cheaper than the other company that was NOT going to solve the root cause of my mold issue. I would recommend him to anyone looking for mold remediation.

Frymar was prompt, very reasonble and honest

They arrived between 7:00am and 7:30am as stated. They removed all drywall on ceiling and walls, removed carpets and cleaned up french drain and installed permanent sump pump. They were both friendly and professional and cleaned up after themselves. I was pleased that Ephraim was present the entire time. I would contract them again if needed for anything else.

The gentleman called the same day that I put the request into ServiceMagic.He came out a couple of days later. He said he would be there at 12:00 noon and he was early, waiting in his truck.He looked at the job, told me what needed to be done and how he was going to do it.He answered all my question. He is a straight shooter.I feel very comfortable in letting him do the job.I just need to do somethings before I pick the company that I want.

First he gave a fair and reasonable estament and was patient with all my questions. I needed a re-build and some mold remediation, I had at least 9 company�s bid the job that I had in mind his was the fairest not the lowest but those contractors bids read like legal documents and felt once the job started it would go up greatly. I always felt like Mr. Dua was no BS and wanted to do the job right and I was proven correct!! After the walls were removed (in record time) the walls were in bad shape. He was never surprised and would say I�ve seen worse where some would have probably taken advantage to raise cost of job. He was great. needmorespace

Overal they did a good job. The mold was removed and dywall was replaced with green board. My only complaint is when they replaced the drywall they didn't leave it paint ready as promised. Part of my bathroom has greenboard showing and know I either need to learn to mud or hire someone to come in and do it for me.

Showed on time. Did all services specified in contract. Cleaned up as they went along. Would definitely recommend to other people.

The were great. First thing they did was eliminate the alarm I had, made a reasonable evaluation, quoted a price that was very competitive and immediately acceptable to my insurance adjuster, explained everything to me in advance about what they were going to do, showed me things as they found them themselves (via digital camera if I couldn't go into the room), rebuilt my wall, cleaned everything up and left in a single day. They went above and beyond on some external caulking on the house, too, and provided me with advice about how to look for and guard against this kind of thing happening elsewhere in my house. They were excellent!

Great service. Was able to schedule kitchen tile removal job soon after talking with contractor. Would hire again! They were fast and neat. Suggestion for homeowner: be sure to use masking tape to protect any laminate or other delicate surfaces that are near the level of the floor against any chipping during the removal process.

I was very pleased with Frymar Construction. Mr. Dua responded to my call right away. He came to my house and took the time to explain to me exactly what would be taking place to get the job accomplished. He was very polite. I highly recommend him.

Efriam from Frymar came to my home a day after obtaining his information online. Within the next few days he visited my home to do an estimate. Within the following few days the job was complete! Amazing!
